I live in East Texas and last week I saw a helicopter being transported by a semi truck and I knew it was a R44 thanks to Becki and Chris. Needless to say my kids were not impressed that I knew that. 😂 Really enjoying these laid back vlogs. Thanks y’all!

The heater in my Sling 2, with its ROTAX, is non existent. So, when temps are below 40°F, lined jeans are the rule, along with the excellent choices in the video. Sunny cold days are a blessing. Like your bubble in the 44, the SLING’s sliding canopy gives it that greenhouse effect. Cold and overcast is well, almost always uncomfortable no matter how layered you are.

Hey - did Cessna design that door? Though Cessna doors open randomly at inopportune times. Layers, and extras in the plane in the winter - in addition to the survival bag.
Back in my yoof days, I made a food reservation with a made-up name of "Hike Hunt" at a local pub. And, the waitress really did call out my made-up name over the PA system, several times. 🤣😂🤣
We have an adapter that goes from our headsets to the GoPro that’s facing us! In a pinch I’ve also taken a lapel mic, stuck it in my ear cup and plug the other end into the camera 😂
Layers in winter are always a must. Looks beautiful. Loved the easy laughs and fun. I def look at my boogers. Sister stands and wipes, I do not and find it weird she does. Lol

Yeeeeah, base layer of all wool, well i'd be warm, i'd be itching like crazy and red raw - yep, i'm allergic to wool, so that wouldn't work, so glad fleece exists!
Yes - Have to look at boogers... you need to look at them to check if a cold/flu is brewing or if its going away, or if you have been working in a dusty environment and need that reminder to wear a dust mask..
^^^Plus, the colder and lower altitude you’re at, the less power it takes to hover because of the denser air. The higher and hotter it is, it requires more power to hover since the air is less dense. If you have a number that’s way too high, it’s unsafe.
This was such a funny episode, thanks! About that one third of people who stand and wipe - how the f** is that possible? And I don't look at my snot (is this the right expression?)... Regarding the outfits, I think I'm on Chris' side, I'm just always cold! In german we call this way to dress the "onion principle", is that a thing in english as well? Cause you're like an onion with all those layers. Maybe you even said it and I just missed it.
