@@Xboxcampking334 i actually just started this job and im loving it its kinda boring waiting in between trailers but i love it the people are great and its over all just a good experience
I worked for trimmac trucking wash rack in 2003 in Hayward CA i was 17 and our rack sucked and our manager worse. He'd send me in there after a 400° caustic rince with a 2inch scraper blase to get the film and skins off...pretty sure that's not regulation and I was wondering we didn't really have ppe so we were breathing the fumes in there....should I be worried lol I'm 35 now
You will be dead in 3 weeks make sure you get your vacation pay soon looool your fine buddy but u should where ppe coveralls gloves and masks just in case
Dam I currently work a Quala wash and there PPE is really mandatory, we wear green suits, hard hard, glasses with foam, gas mask, safety in quala is always the #1 priority … with good pay as well I work in the one in Los Angeles
Depends, if there vent ports located ontop of the baffled compartment they can stick a wand (a pipe with a wash nozzle) and give it a good wash. But hard to know if it's really clean. Depending on the product that trailer had.

Quala wash sucks lol
Just starting doing this two weeks in ..I hate the rosin tankers cause we gotta break down the hills lol
If there's baffling, how do you get everything cleaned behind baffles?
That is a good question. Short answer is they can’t. That’s why we can’t haul food grade liquids “milk etc” in tankers with baffles
Depends, if there vent ports located ontop of the baffled compartment they can stick a wand (a pipe with a wash nozzle) and give it a good wash. But hard to know if it's really clean. Depending on the product that trailer had.
Well Done.
In Jax florida companies only paying 12$ hour to do this as of August 2021 lol allways hiring
Near Chicago, there's a tank wash company that only has Temp workers to work for cheap, only a few company old timers are left.
In Canada they paying 23hr do this that’s about 18usd damn sorry to hear that neighbour
Saw a tank was job for 15 an hour
Peanuts
Thanks for the vids guys
So now this hot water...is it hot or cold??
I see what they're doing here, but is it true that employees have to go inside of the tankers as well doing the cleaning process?
Depends if our machines don’t clean it good enough. If not then tank entry is required
If customers require that the tank has to be bare metal clean especially when it was carrying latex or glue then yes, must go inside.
Aww man i need to retrain this guy jesus. Come to a Quala we will take care of you properly.
How much does a company like this make?
What quala do you work at? I reclean trailers every day from the one in Charleston and Savannah Ga. gaskets not changed, suds in the tank etc
sequindalin a ton of money. Quala makes multi millions because they have hundreds of tank wash’s
@@DuhhTurtle Dang that's not good. We have about 60 facilities
I also do alot of recleans for Quala here in Houston
Used to do this in the UK
which brand of setup you used? how much do these tank charged for each clening process?
Do a cold water flush it helps with suds
Or it could be he didn't flush the detergent out of the lines while the return hose is connected to the return pump
Need to cut out some background noise
Be careful my friend.new subscribe.
Disgusting just saw one of these at racetrack and almost died from the smell
musicallycreative24 i use to to do this
