Hi Check B, after a little research I found this but it's not looking good 😢 If you look at the first link which is mainly for Europe and a little Asia, the part number seems to be 38411-K0F-D11 ( item #17 ) www.bike-parts-honda.com/honda-motorcycle/125-MOTO/MONKEY/2019/Z125MAK/Frame/WIRE-HARNESS-BATTERY/98345/F_38/2/36587 ... But then take a look at the Canadian / US link and the wiring harness doesn't seem to support the alarm ( no plug for the control unit ) 🤷♂️ www.bike-parts-honda.ca/honda-motorcycle/125-MOTO/MONKEY/2018/Z125MAK/Frame/WIRE-HARNESS-BATTERY/99072/F_38/2/36583 ... So I presume it won't be possible to fit the alarm. With that said though you could contact your local Honda dealer and ask for their expert advice 😄 or maybe just fit an aftermarket device 🤔 ... Just as of today my '22 Monkey has stopped beeping when i arm/disarm the alarm... Ever hear of this happening? I didn't find anything on Google as yet.
Hi, is your alarm actually arming ? maybe the batteries in the fob have expired, then check the fuse and the contacts to the alarm unit or if your Monkey is still under warranty contact your Honda dealer. Hope you manage to fix it 🤞 ... Thanks for watching 👍
@@gtube153 it looks to be arming since the red light starts flashing as per usual. There is no sound for the "answer back" either so I'm wondering if the beeper has died... The bike is 2 years old now so unfortunately not under warranty.
Hi MONKEYBIZ, There are suggestions that the alarm is country specific because of frequency laws etc and even that the alarm only comes with the ABS version 🤔 With that said, maybe talk with your local dealer to see if its a factory option 🤔 Loved the burnout in the back of the truck ... Maybe it's region specific 🤔 In the US 🇺🇸 for example I'm sure they don't come with ABS but in the UK 🇬🇧 they do ... Speak with your dealer, they may be able to fit one as an option 🤔😁
Another RUclips has claimed the battery goes flat if you don’t use the bike for two weeks. He said it’s something to do with the alarm. It put me off buying the thing.
Hi, the alarm will discharge the battery on the Monkey just like any other vehicle, the fact that the Monkey has only a small capacity 4ah battery won't help ! 💭 Solution ... Ride the monkey every day, just like it was designed for 😁 ... Thanks for watching 👍

I bought one of these Honda Monkeys brand new last week, I didn't receive an alarm transmitter??
I thought it was just standard equipment 🤔 maybe the specifications are different by location ... Have you asked your dealer 🤔👍

Agreed... I have it on my Monkey and is the most useless alarm EVER.
The HORN on the Monkey is very loud. Why not have an option to blast it ? My new 2022 has no alarm either (PA, USA).
My 22 didn't come with alarm.

The alarm is a basic motion sensor and has no immobiliser ... may be different on the 2022 models 🤔 Thanks for watching 👍
