Then there is something along the lines of altering the music by enhancing the bass and increasing the pitch of the voice. The balance between the bass and pitch are vital to make a good Nightcore song.
HoukouUkage is so far the closest person that I found to the answer but nightcore use to be a dj duo and they had a huge fight split up and stopped making nightcore music. They where so huge at one point when they stopped and split up everyone just started copying them. Thus nightcore the genre was born :D
