In todays video I am going to provide a comparison between two computer monitor light bars, the BenQ light bar and the Quntis light bar. These light bars are very similar in features and design. This video aims to show you why one costs 3x more then the other, and if it is worth it to spend the extra money. These are both great screenbars.

Just because you recommended which one to buy from the start of the video, enough for me to subscribe to your channel.
Much appreciated! Thanks for watching and thanks for the comment!
I did the same. :) It's refreshing to see the recommendation early on, and the elaboration afterward. Nice!
I thought the same thing.
Ditto. Its the reason I subscribed and watched the entire thing.
same here
Listen to this guy. Straight to the point and no BS. I bought the Quntis in early 2022 - working flawlessly so far. Would highly recommend.
As soon as he said, "I can tell you right up front I'm not gonna make you watch the whole video" -- MY MAN
I instantly hit the subscribe button but I did watch the whole video because you already kept it short and sweet under 4 minutes!
Thanks for being concise and quick on the review, been looking at the BenQ for about 8 months but just couldn't hit that add to cart button...ran across the ScreenLienar Pro this weekend and been doing research, you and several others have slid the needle over to Quntis' side.
Quntis has a slightly larger version as well for only a few dollars more. Their light bars are appropriately priced. The links in the description should also provide a discount. Thanks for the comment.
Straight to the point and clear. Earned a subscriber mate!
Thanks for the to the point and concise video - really happy picking up the Qutinis on all the points you covered.
Glad it was helpful!
Great video nice short and sharp I have bought the quintis one but yet to use
Thank You
You must have read my mind making this vid, exactly what I needed to know, thanks!
Glad I could help!
OMGOSH I love you... thanks for telling me upfront which one I can get. I'm going to watch the whole video for being so authentic.
great video, love the fact you were to the point and didn't make us watch all the way through for a conclusion.
Much appreciated!
Just a short comment to say thanks. Short and concise video, no BS, recommendation up front. Will drop you a like, best of luck with your channel!
Much appreciated!
Thank you for the clear and reasonable answer! I had a doubt what to buy but now I know :)
Excellent! Thanks for the feedback!
I subscribed because you told me your result right off the bat, and then proceeded to explain your argument. nice.
Liked the video for going straight to the point in 30 seconds. Great video and thank you for your recommendation.
Much appreciated!
Thanks for the vdo. the common issue i found for all these light bars is the adjustable angle. you will not have an issue when you use it as a default. when you tile up the light bar to a different angle, you will see the LED lights from the light bar and they are bright and the light will go into your eyes when u look at the screen.
straight to the point, love it!
EDIT: Managed to fit it on my monitor, just had to adjust the weight position at the end to go upwards and it stays on pretty well. Not amazing, still a bit wobbly but at least it doesn't fall down at a slightest touch!
Bought 2 Quntis - one for me and one for my wife. Her monitor has a more geometric shape so it fits perfectly while on my Asus TUF VG34VQL1B it just doesn't stay solid at all - too much of a curve and the counterweight is too small for it to be held securely, any tap on the lamp would cause it to fall down. One could potentially add something to the back of the counterweight to increase the weight further. I have a feeling BenQ would do better for curved monitor tops than the Quntis. Both lamps are on the same level of good equipment tho!
Appreciate how you summed it up at the start
Thanks for the comment!
Just what I was looking for. Thanks :) !
Glad I could help!
Thank you for your video. On point and informative. Nice touch giving us your conclusion right off the bat. Might I suggest for future reference that you demonstrate a bit of how the equipment works? I think it could make your video feel more complete, like how things actually compare in quality, function etc. Unless ofc your goal is to keep it short.
Duely noted! I appreciate the constructive criticism! Thanks for the comment!
Tells you right from the start, not too long video and detailed...subscribed sir.
Thank you!
Subscribed because your presentation format, as mentioned by another commentor. Well done!
Welcome aboard!
Great review! Thank you! Just purchased from your link!
Much appreciated!! Thanks for the comment

Nice short review👍🏾🖤
nice quick review, right to the point. Love it.
Glad you liked it!
Great video, really considerate, thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
I have the Quntis light bar and its more or less the same. I like it.
Recommended the better one at the start of video? Got a sub
Wow, summary up front. You, sir, are amazing.
Thank you kindly!
I ended up buying the Qunits and I didn't know it's been out for a while and my God it's a game changer from the first time I used it. Thanks for the review still and I agree with you on value and performance. I ended up getting two which is still cheaper than one of BenQ's
Great video! Thank you!
Glad you liked it!
Thank you. Excellent advice.
Thanks for the comment
Nice vid, well done. Good luck with the algorithm...
Yea, the algorithm.. I'd still rather publish videos that don't waste people's time. Thanks for the comment!
Thanks, precise and nice comparison. I'll go with Quntis as it's more value for the money
subscribed because you gave the answer right at the beginning of the video
Much appreciated!
can you do the asymmetrical angle test on a white paper for the two brands?
Great short and very informative video
Great job - keep it up
Thanks!
Nice one Corey. Straight to the point. It's the Quntis for me too. Who thought up the brand name? Not so good...
I agree, lol! Thanks for the comment
No one talks about how the Quntis doesn’t fully cut the light off the screen. You can easily see the difference even in your video at 1:50. The Benq has a shadow on the desk and the bottom bevel doesn’t have light on it. The Quntis doesn’t cut light well straight down so you have light on the monitor, and if you tilt the light away from the monitor it’s in your eyes. I find this difference completely worth the price difference long term so I don’t have to be annoyed that I have light on my screen.
🔝 comparison, thanks
Thanks!
What monitorarm are you using?
Thank you for your vedio. it helps a lot. I just order quntis for my dry eye hh
Thanks for the comment!
I bought the Quantis and came here to see if it was justified. Also, quantis say curved screen compatible so more plus for me
Only needed to watch 1/3 of the video thx
What is your light in background?
One thing I wonder about is if the light bars differ in light quality. Like if one flickers and the other one dont for example. Its easy to do an unscientific test with a camera, see if it flickers. If it flickers more it can be mroe tiring.
I did not have e any flickering with either bars. The light quality is indistinguishable in my opinion! Thanks for the comment
Would the Quntis mount be a purchasing factor? I see in the video it doesnt sit flush against the screen. More floating.
Not in my opinion. The mount is definetly better on the BenQ but it also "floats", it just has a heavier counter weight. To each their own but I don't think its worth paying 3x more. Thank for the comment, let me know if I can answer any other questions.
Hi. Thanks. Do you think Quntis is a suitable choice for the LG UltraWide 34WQ75C monitor? Also, I'm curious if it would cause any damage to the monitor's screen or edges?
It hasn't caused any damage to my monitor. I think it'd be fine for 34" monitor. They make a bigger one as well. amzn.to/3GWOj8b
@@CoreyStaden Thanks
Hi Corey, i will definitely go and buy the Quntis for my LENOVO MONITOR q27q-20 i have to buy it on Amazon UK because Amazon NL, Netherlands - it's where i live - does not sell it. BTW: You are right : The BenQ is too expensive ! Glenn
Enjoy!
@@CoreyStaden Hi Corey , i orderd the Quntis light bar, it will deliver soon. Thanks for your response !. Glenn
Not 65,000 K but 6500 K. The mount system on the BenQ is much better. Yet as you said if you don't need the higher quality and is for general use the cheap version will do well for most. The BenQ is worth the difference for those needing light qualities high enough for validating prints and or destination workspaces.
Very true. The Quntis reaches a similar CRI. But the BenQ is nice. Thanks for the comment
It could work if I have an imac 21.5 inch?. Thanks for the video.
Yes, both light bars would be fine!
thumbs up for just getting to the bottom line right away
Thanks for the comment!
I'm wondering if it would be worth using two on a 42" monitor. Your thoughts?
Hi John, I personally wouldn't use two light bars on a monitor that size but there wouldn't be anything wrong with that plan if that's what you'd like to do. Quntis makes a larger version (same size as BenQ) for only 5 dollars more. That's the one I'd get for your larger monitor. See link here: amzn.to/3vByqhA
can you plug this in a usb brick to use it even if your computer is off?
Most certainly!
senks you men!! dudd video
I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the comment 👍
Damn. I'm a guy, but you sure as hell are a good looking dude. Haven't said that to another guy on youtube before lol.
thumbs up for telling up front
Thanks for the comment!
@@CoreyStaden no problem i realy appretiate the way you did that yopu know what lets give you a abo ;) by the way i preve the Xiaomi Mi lightbar its the best so faar
Thank you sir
Happy to help. Thanks for the comment!
@@CoreyStaden heyy! It's been awhile since you posted this video. Is the quintis lamp still working fine? I'm going to place an order in a few mins.
Yes! It still works great 👍. Use the link posted in the description of this video for 8% savings!
@@CoreyStaden thank you! I tried using the link but it wasn't working. Is it only for Amazon US? Not Canada?
Try this one, Amazon Canada: amzn.to/34puNkw

If the back of my monitor is curved would the Quntis work? I've been hearing its not really "latched" on well.
Hi there. Yes, it will work with curved monitors. The Quntis "rests" on top monitors, and if you don't have the adjustments correct, it will wobble when you push the buttons. It wasn't a big deal for me, I found it to be good enough for the price! Thanks for the comment!
nice
Thanks!
Ew and the prices have gone up, on both.
Appreciated values 🧐 lawd
My bank account thanks you!
Thanks for the comment!
Yes BenQ are ripping people off it most certainly isn’t worth 149 for a monitor light bar at all. 👍🏻
that's .... a lot for a light bar to be honest. insane prices, what the hell is going on here?
I agree.
Poor review, comparison based on "price and finish". You did not compare the line of the light beam, its clarity and direction. I conclude that this is Quntis' weak point
I appreciate that you answered the question we all had at the beginning. Straightforwardness 🟰 win for me. Immediate thumbs up and I watched the rest of your video to hear your rationale. Thanks 👍
Thank you!
