I appreciate you dude, thanks for hanging with me. I'm sorry to have kept you and everyone waiting so long, a whole lot of life has gotten in the way but I'm finally getting there. Things will be rolling soon!

@@seananguswatson Are you still living in that cozy Oregon cabin? That place ha so much light ... Anyways, wishing you the best and eagerly waiting for your music!
Sean’s music really does “hit different.” It stirs a mixture of emotions I haven’t experienced from other music: contentment, joy, peace, and an overall feeling of OK-ness, despite the struggles we all (& likely he) face. Simply sublime. Please continue practicing your craft, for you and for all of us who your music instinctively resonates with.
Watching and listening to the beautiful medley augmented with a mistake here and there is so refreshing. It’s much more relatable and because of that, inspiring. What an awesome video Sean 👍
Been retouching on all your patron lessons and deepening my understanding so much more coming back to them years later, you give me so much inspiration as an artist, this is beautiful brother!
Sean, one of the many things I love about your playing is you are so precise, so meticulous yet unbelievably fluid. You're like a guitar ninja...methodically slicing 'n dicing but weaving in and out gracefully. So, so good.
This is a place I visit a lot. Calm, natural, beautiful, human, humble. The moment just happening. Easy to feel, difficult to express. You're voice is amazing. You have a lot to say. We have a lot to listen to. Thanks.
The only looper I like. I went down a live-looping rabbit hole at one point, a few years of gigs, getting really complex with it, loads of instruments and vocals and electronics involved, very precisely arranged compositions that involved an extremely busy and advanced choreography of loop track/instrument/effect changes... doing everything I could to make it dynamic and interesting and not at all like the usual bit-by-bit gradual accumulation of layers over time... and yet I eventually came to the conclusion that I still gave off the same annoying smug party-trick vibe that other loop players have! More so, even, because I pushed it to an extreme. But this cat right here. This dude is different. Just so much melodic artistry and sensitivity and the perfect balance between studied composition and raw expressive improv. You win, sir.
I got a looping pedal two years ago because of Sean and I can’t tell you how much I’ve improved. Most of the stuff I create is inspired by loops he’s made.
Please, don’t stop making music. Your talent and felling it’s inspiring. I remember when I heard for first time your Paul David collab (+ M. Spender…) it’s was the first time that I’ve cried with just a guitar composition.
exact same with me haha. was tearing up straight away.! its been years since iv heard a song that can do that. Sean i Pray you give credit where credit is due. because the wonderful gift you have was given to you.. i feel it in my Spirit. blessings.

I rarely ever comment on youtube but I feel like I have to let you know how much I appreciate your music because I want MORE. I discovered your music in 2019 when I got homeless due to mental illness and addiction. This event triggered my depression even though I was on a max dose prozac and I lost pretty much any desire to do anything, be it listening to music, playing piano and guitar (which I normally love), reading, gaming etc. I was at something similar to a homeless shelter with my own small room with my laptop, guitar and digital piano. I browsed youtube for anything interesting but everything was equally uninteresting and dissatisfying, even music I used to enjoy (which is a big variety, instrumental music/black metal/Dungeon Synth/Soundtracks, piano/guitar improvs). Anhedonia is a pretty common symptom of depression and one that stopped me from feeling anything pleasurable from the things I used to enjoy. Everything I listened to left me empty and annoyed (I found my favourite albums to be too noisy/irritating. And then I found you and was blown away by how calming and nice your music was. I have to say that I enjoy your playing much more now that I'm at a better place mentally (and physically, I have an apartment now since 2020) but the fact that I could find music I could stand whilst depressed, anxious, shocked and scared is amazing and I am incredibly grateful for the music you have created. I just got back to listening to you since the time I got homeless, and even though some of your older stuff brings back nasty memories from that time and all the shit I went through after I lost my place at the shelter, I still very much enjoy your music and the calmness and sense of safety it invokes. Yes, I associate it with negative life events - but also with literally the ONLY thing that gave me a sense of comfort (however small) when I was mentally destroyed. I did manage to get sober, get help and my own apartment but recently relapsed and now that I'm tapering and getting ready to quit for good I figured I come back to your music for some instrumental soul hugs. I'm confident I'll kick my addiction and stay clean this time, the real struggle will be with my mental health. My therapist suggests I go inpatient to a psychiatric unit I've been to many times, I really don't want to but I risk getting sectioned if I fail to manage my self-destructive behaviours in outpatient care. If I do go inpatient I want to bring your music along and I'm wondering if I can buy your music anywhere? I don't have spotify and recently stopped using a smartphone but I'd love to have you on my mp3 (I'm 29yo, not a boomer lol, just trying to limit internet use). I have to admit that I used to download your music from youtube to my old mp3 but if there is any way I can pay you for what you've given me; gimme some links plz. In the meantime, are you OK with me converting your vids to mp3 for my own use? It will just be going on my mp3 and on my PC, won't be sharing/selling your stuff. Also, please upload more and never stop playing. You are freaking amazing and very inspiring for my own piano and guitar improvs. /Hugs from Sweden.
Wasn't expecting another video so soon, and it really made my day .. :D Thank you for inspiring me and being my idol over the years.. love to see u back
Encore un moment de haute voltige. C'est tout simplement magnifique. Les mélodies sortent du plus profond de votre âme et c'est merveilleux à entendre. Merci beaucoup
Sean Angus my heart, my soul, my ear's are in love with your beautiful melodies and playing! Thanks for not fixing the few wrong notes! Most players you just HEAR the music, but when you play I FEEL the music! Thank you!
I've said it before, but I'm still super happy that Sean hasn't drifted into a different kind of music. Too many indie artists I used to listen to have gone off the rails at some point ... Sean on the other hand sticks to playing "humble, sleepy guitar music" all the while clearly growing as an artist. Even I as someone with no musical experience can see that the loop patterns and melodies are becoming more complex with each video. Keep rocking Sean and thanks for the great music!
This man takes me on an absolute journey every time we are graced with an upload. Simply stunning way to play. It ain’t weird is my all time favourite loop it helped me so much through my cancer treatment process two years ago and I’ve been a follower since. Thank you and ❤ u Sean 🫶🏻
I love your music so much. It gives so much peace and beauty to the world and has such a wonderful energy! ^_^ I'm currently listening while I make dog toys for the dog I'll be adopting soon! Thank you for everything you do to bring us this amazing music. ^_^
Yo dude! I've been following you for a while. I have seen your videos on tone and mixing. I think you don't realize this, because it seems like it's second nature to you; what makes your 'tone' unique is that you're using some kind of unique palm muting with your right hand, but only for a split second (like a harmonic) to kill (only) the attack of the note, It is very subtle, but I think this is the secret to your unique tone. this makes it sound so warm and dynamic. I have never seen this before. EVERY other guitarist I've seen is ONLY able to make his/her guitar SPEAK and SHOUT, but you can make it WHISPER, HUM and CRY aswell. Keep it up dude, you're my favourite guitar player and a big inspiration to me!
Sean, you are just amazing! Hope you enjoyed your time out and that you could sort things out about how the future of your channel and Patreon will look like. You are the reason why so many of us are tempted to buy an SG with a P90. Of course you can do such beatiful things with any guitar with a single coil in the neck but since i saw you the first time on yt i wanted to have and still want to own a walnut colored sg. Tried to compensate with an Epiphone but the GAS is still knocking on the door 😂 Overall i just wanted to share these thoughts. But in the end the only thing that is important is: THANK YOU for beeing the humanbeing you are and for your music. Much Love ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you. 😮💨 Really needed something and this was just perfect. And the way you brought it back around in the beginning with the selection & dynamics…🤯🙌🏼

I’m always amazed at how much beauty you pull out of simplicity. I tend to over complicate things as a songwriter.

Checking the comments to see if anybody even noticed.
They clearly took control of his fingers in the command centre and he is just as amazed as we are by what's happening.
