It’s nice to see Egan Bernal truly getting back to the Bernal we all know.
It is more. He got back to his best 2 years ago, just that everyone else had become so much better.
Not convinced this is any indication of that.
I still think Bernal was one of the first modern day mutants. If he's back, I really want to see him against the rest of the top dogs.
C'mon man, he can barely compete with Evenpoel. And this last one finished 10min behind PogaChad.
Great to see Egan in great form, hopefully he has the support he needs on INEOS and will have a great Season!

Great to see Egan back in form. World Tour form? Hard to say. The competition he faced at home doesn’t compare to the European circuit. I like Egan and hope he can compete with the likes of Pogi, JV, and Remco.

It’s moments like this is why I love cycling to see riders come back from adversity no matter what that is. Just to enjoy the moment for what it is and what it means for that cyclist you can’t beat it
He has all the attributes, character and personality of a GC champion. He seems to be a good natured and friendly guy so great to see he still has a World Tour GC win ahead of him.

It would be good to see Diego Camargo going to Europe.
He rode for education first a few seasons, but was never given proper chance. Kevin castillo should be given a chance in europe. He was the strongest after bernal yesterday and is only 23
Hes demonstrated what an amazing champion he truly is. His capacity to bounce back and sheer willpower to overcome his injuries is what truly defines a champion.

Beautiful to see. The recuperative abilities of pro cyclists never cease to amaze. I just wish the sport and the training for it could be 10 times safer.
I hope he is back at the top world tour level, but is still too soon to have an idea. Looking forward to see hiw this season looks like for him

Hard to draw any conclusions given the competition...Also at his best in 2019 he (barely) beat one of the weakest TDF fields since...hum, 2008 or maybe 2014.
Let's see how he does when he's back in the world tour....

I think he might be able to hang with Remco or Primoz on some days. I hope he can shake things up in 2025.
Early in the season and a win and all he can do is that. The rest of the story will be told in the months ahead when the others are in the field of competitors.
