And listened to his experience of doing it over the last 40 years. That was enough for me to explore it further. Got the table. 3 years later… I’d invite you to consider the possibility… that you haven’t explored all the possibilities. Data: chiropractic is safe. Injury is rare. And risks are mitigated if the chiro has evaluated the patient properly. Nearly, if not all adverse reactions to chiropractic, are due to preexisting conditions which probably could have been avoided. Statistically as safe or safer than certain uses of OTC and Rx. Same dealy. Depends on the doc.
BTW!!!! chiropractors dont actually adjust your bones, the popping noises come from air pockets popping in between your joints. while this *can* temporarily ease pain, and allow for physical therapy, it is only temporary and should not be treated as a cure..also unnecessary chiropractor appointments like these are a waste of time, they are literally just popping your joints...you should really only go to a chiropractor if you're dealing with chronic pain and are unable to do physical therapy to improve it

It really does do wonders for your health, though I will say, a lot of trips to chiropractors happen because of bad posture. Keep good posture.

I can't speak to the efficacy of the practice, but I can say that a "field of medicine" that involves making the body make cracking noises on purpose does not fill most people with confidence. Especially with the fact that though it is regulated in all 50 states, they do not have an M.D.. They are not doctors of medicine. Having a doctorate in a non medical field and then dressing up in a white coat and calling yourself a doctor and referring to your practice as treatment tends to bother people when they find out you don't actually have an M.D.. That's really the crux of it.
