A fellow student in school would transcribe many flute pieces for soprano sax. I always loved hearing her play these pieces on sax. Flutist here. Your performance of the the Chaminade was brilliant. The timbre of the sax certainly brings a wonderful level of beauty to a beautiful piece. Thank you so much for sharing.
Браво!!!👏👏👏Невероятно красивое произведение!!! Прекрасная работа вашего замечательного дуэта!!! Спасибо Вам за музыку, которую можно слушать бесконечно....🙏❤️🎷
M. Kovalev: Your performance here is superb! Thank you for posting it. (Only ... I wonder if flutists may now fear to record this piece as you have given ownership of it over to the soprano saxophone.) Congratulations!
When I started to listen to this I I thought that it was beautiful, but as the piece continued I was terrified. Wierd feeling, I have never heard a soprano saxophone played like that. This performance is incredible. How can you that instrument like that? I had to look your bio immediately. You are amazing.
Valentin, wonderful choice of material. I love your diaphragm control, phrasing, articulation and delicate dynamic expression. The saxophone really captures the emotion that went into the composition of this piece, so this is not a profane transcription by any means. Love 💕 that you went for the high D at the end. Any chance of your trying this on a clarinet? ·
I'm with you lol, I've always borrowed others sopranos, and I'm happy with my custom z (would either buy a Selmer supreme or 875ex as an upgrade) so I definitely plan to buy a soprano in the near future!
Thanks for pampering my ears with your beautiful interpretation :) The last time I felt equally touched was when I listened to Elisa Capellán’s cover of Poulenc’s flute sonata on the sop. Have you heard about the little story behind this piece? Just curious :)
Unbelievably beautiful. You are so artistically delicate with every note. Absolutely love how you play!
Thank you so much!!!❤️❤️❤️
Didn’t expect to see you here lol. Fantastic taste my friend

Valentin....until I just heard it, I'd would have said what you have done on the soprano sax was just not possible! Bravo! Beautiful beyond words...
Thank you so much!
You took a lovely flute concerto and turned it into a fantastic saxophone concerto. You show an obvious love for the music while playing!
Thank you!!!
What a great gift, and fantastic way to start the morning 🎷
Thank you!!!
Lo de Valentín ya es para tenerlo en cuenta, es admirable, me podría llevar escuchando vídeos suyos todo el día 🙌🙌🙌
Wow, magnificent tone! And that altissimo is very challenging on a soprano. Great performance! He's always outstanding.
As a hobby oboist, this makes me want to tackle this piece instead of admiring it wistfully at a distance - what a performance! 🎆🎇
So beautiful! Came up on auto play and I loved listening to you outstanding.
Thank you so much!

Easily my favorite flute concerto out there! Would love to purchase this if it’s ever published. :)
Thank you for your comment! I’m using an original flute score from imslp.org, but hope to make an official saxophone transcription soon!
Beautiful!! Thank you for this.
Thank you!
Amazing!!! As a flautist who has learned this piece, I’m so inspired to try the oboe or sax!!

bravissimo
Это потрясающе!!!
Спасибо большое, Гоша!
I’m debating between a new alto or to buy my first soprano. I think I know what I’m doing
I honestly believe that playing soprano helps me improve my alto playing and vice versa!

Where can I find the saxophone notes of this piece?
What app does the pianist use to automatically flip the page of the music??????🧐
He’s using a special pedal with forScore app

anyone know the fingerings used for the trills in the altissimo register in the last section.
