Mam what to do if all the constraints are equations in simplex method. Whether to add slack variables alone?
We are only adding slack variable or surplus variable to change the inequality constraint into equality constraint.
Otherwise no need to add it to the constraint. Hence don't need to use if the constraint in equation form.

It is very easy. In this the problem is minimize . To convert it into maximize we add negative symbol in given objective function z. Then we rewrite it as by adding surplus or slack variable and artificial variable. Please see it once again. Thank you. Keep watching
