Judges should be held accountable if they are openly biased to the point of corruption via impeachment or demotion or removal. But there must be due process.

If you want to blame anyone for the loss of Roe v Wade, blame the lawyers representing Jackson Women's' Health. They challenged the SC to "uphold Roe or uphold Dobbs County," saying that to uphold the 16 week limit, they would have to overturn Roe. For abortion advocates, this was akin to kicking a dragon in the shins. Had they not made Roe a condition to upholding Dobbs, the SC would have likely upheld the Mississippi law and left Roe alone.
I like your idea on Supreme Court term limits. No more Ruth Bader Ginsburgs. No more Stephen Gerald Breyers. Just don't politicize it with something like a four year term limit.

That's the great thing about the 1st Amendment, not only can you express your opinions but you also have the choice not to listen. He doesn't need lectures by any of us. His standing for the constitution when it seemed to benefit republicans has caused immeasurable he'll for him over doing what's right. I applaud him. I've also voted blue at times red at others. His law class he has taught at Harvard for 50 years has graduated many well known attorneys in the USA. 95 of his cases as a defense lawyer he's won. Many high profile. He's written 14 best selling books. And is considered an expert on courtroom ethics as he's taught a class on that as well for 40 + years. He's certainly deserving of respect regardless of what is political preference is. His dislike for the current Democrat party is very clear. That he doesn't like Trump is no secret. He's alluded to rfk Jr. But no independent party has ever come close to winning.. This year the votes rfk gets will divert the number from from the left will help trump. One less from Harris is good
