think not including 1 and 2 is kind of unfortunate and there are agreed upon who is the best in those games as well, ignoring the MC who are privileged not because of the vast amount of personas but you can increase their stat points to what ever you want which leads to very meta stat priority like ridiculous high strength and agility p1 - Nanjo and Elly (Elly being the one that's optional in both routes) use them when ever possible any other optional character that you can use might actually be worse than the worst characters in the modern games where some of them are just mid at best or just barely functional at worst and your forced to use ayase in sqq IS - besides MC being able to be a complete magic nuke with high tech you will end up using everyone in the game so it's hard to say who's contended best as it's distributed quite well on who does what so making a tier list is kinda naught as it's very linear throughout the entire thing EP - Tatsuya for sure, only one who can rival Maya in this. the p1 duo Elly and Nanjo are a close second and if you willing to grind they are worth doing for a stronger post game team, last slot would be either ulala or Katsuya but this is only a factor if your going to do postgame, if not it's basically like innocent sin
