Saw this show back in 1998 at the Fox in Detroit. My first SSL show. I remember (vaguely) the If Your Happy & You Know It & Don’t Wanna Live on the Moon (which became my all time favorite SS song). I loved the lights & colorful backdrops (not a fan of the giant tv screen the later remounts incorporated though). Big Bird & Elmo were my favorites. Saw many more SSL after that, including the original Elmo’s Coloring Book, When I Grow Up (remount), Sunny Day Campout (sat front row & almost got hit with Snuffy’s snuffle) & Let’s Be Friends (remount). Such fun times & memories, I loved going to those shows. Thanks for sharing this, it brought back wonderful memories.
@@mr.w9436 Every SSL Show holds a special memory! I wish I was able to see those shows back then. My first show was Out Of This World (2006) at the Fox Theatre too, and every show all the way up until now lol! I was excited when I saw this on eBay and purchased the CD. I hope to find more SSL 'lost' media to share here on the channel!
I'm so glad and impressed that I found this. My parents took me to the live show back in '99 when I was just 3 years old. It must've left an extreme impression on me, because now, 25 years later, I still had fractions of the songs memorized and randomly pop in my mind, especially from the rubber duckie song, the octopus blues and the dog song.
🎶 Close your eyes and you'll see it. Feel as if you're there. Just a little concentration, then take you anywhere. Make your final destination, anywhere you want to be. It's so easy to imagine, remember 1.....2........3!!!!🎶 57:19 Steamed Heat

This is gonna be awesome!!! Excited!!!!
I'm so excited for this!
It's gonna be silly!
It's also going to be fun!
And there will be alot of people watching this!
No.
Because I don’t go there. It’s for toddlers and I can’t make a video about it.
Considering the competition Sesame Street had in the 90s with Barney and Friends, is a no-brainer why the main theme of this show is imagination.
1:08:37 Narrator Human: Thanks For Coming, Keep imagining!
Is it me or does anyone else think that 17:05, was making a little reference about Hoots the Owl, with his saxophone?
Well in the original song, it shows Hoots.
@@TheVarietyChannel2008 I didn't know that lol

Remember ONE, TWO, THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!
Suggestion: Both versions combined with both male and female Sams.
I was thinking of that. Maybe sometime in the future, I'll consider doing it.
