Hello Ariya. When I first studied psychology, over 30 years ago, it was standard practise to recommend B-group vitamins for depressive periods. All these years later; the FIRST thing I look at, for any psychological issue, is nutrition. It's incredible howhormonal imbalance, insulin spikes, low-fat diets, etcetera negatively impact our mental health. Magnesium supplementation for good sleep and many health benefits, vitamin D (1000iu per 10kg of body weight) everyday is a BASE level for good health. Blessings.
