    Honestly this videos helps us all. Tbh I have had rough couple of days due to tragic event in my family life but I think my motto is to mainatain yourself or go gym. ❤😊🥺. I was not giving 100 percent but I had to so that I could control my emotions x ❤😊

    Hello Ariya. When I first studied psychology, over 30 years ago, it was standard practise to recommend B-group vitamins for depressive periods. All these years later; the FIRST thing I look at, for any psychological issue, is nutrition. It's incredible howhormonal imbalance, insulin spikes, low-fat diets, etcetera negatively impact our mental health. Magnesium supplementation for good sleep and many health benefits, vitamin D (1000iu per 10kg of body weight) everyday is a BASE level for good health. Blessings.

      Thank you for sharing this information! Yes I completely agree, I feel much better since I’ve been eating a high fat and protein diet and also taking my vitamins. I’ve seen many improvements in my moods and physical health also.

    I like your white tee shirt. It looks gorgeous on you. It looks like that other one you wore in one of your other videos where you tried on different glasses. Any outfit & belt paired with those 2 tee shirts would add good looks.
