Great video as always, your channel help me a lot learning about watchmaking ! And hearing the noises as you strip it down is true ASMR. I cant wait for the reassembly ^^
Hello MrAxollpaoli, thanks for your comment! In my next video I will focus even more on ASMR. I hope you will like it. Because I see there is interest in that, and I have to be honest that I underestimated the aspect of natural working sounds. That is beautiful and very relaxing. Also I bought a new microphone for that and a camera upgrade so I can shoot 4k video's as well and I want to show beautiful slow motion videos in 120fps. And my new camera setup is made for that :-). I am very curious because today the camera will normally have to arrive. Have a nice day.
Thanks for the compliments! In my next video's I will focus even more on ASMR ;-) because I notice that there is a lot of interest in it, and I also like it :-)
Could you explain in a video that what exactly happens when one changes the date while the time is in the danger range? I mean an explanation about how exactly this behavior causes damage to the movement.
Hi, thanks for share this video. The adjust for the second hand is always removing front glass? I would like know because i have a Sternglas watch that second hand touch minute hand, and stop. Both are similar watch (sternglas has Miyota) Thanks.
Hello! Love the video! Quick question; Any idea how to get the crystal off of an 027/4700.02? It's the same watch, but with a sapphire crystal. Since you can't use the same crystal remover in this video, I can't seem to come up with any good idea besides maybe some kind of a suction cup? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
Thanks for your comment Michael, that's a good idea. This Junghnas Max Bill watch is definitely good quality and I am a huge fan of Junghans watches so it was a pleasure to make a video about this watch repair.

I second this-would love to see a video of what happens in this situation.
Are modern pallet fork jewels not attached w shellac? I noticed you put the pallet fork through the same cleaning as the rest.
Can you help me out? The thing you pull out at 3:25, is that a gasket? Can I just use the old one when reinstalling it?
Why the teeth of the winding gear are larger than the teeth of the main spring barrel gear?

Goed gedaan!
Dank u! :-)
Amazing video. Question though, where is the gasket for caseback of this Junghans watch?

Hello!

Second hand is supposed to be bent. It curves with contour of the plexi glass.
Came here for this haha
Could you confirm the size of the back plate screws?
So, having worked on the watch, do you judge it to be of good quality? It would be useful to learn something like this at the end. 👍

@@therealwatchdoctor Thank you - that's good to know. 👍
Good job! Which watch you think has the most high quality, well designed movement. Thanks
