DRIVEOFF TO SAHASRALINGAM, SIRSI ( KARNATAKA)

Sahasralinga is a pilgrimage site in Sirsi taluk of Uttara kannada of Karnataka state in India. The mysterious location stands amidst dense forest area on River bed of Shalmala.... it's a very unique location ,with thousands of Shivlings all across on the river bed..since ,we visited the location in Aug' , the rivet was in full flow & stone carved shivlingas were partially visible ..
The drive across the countryside of Uttara Kannada , was truly amazing ... We visited this place as part of our 5 days drive off from MUMBAI TO MURUDESHWAR...it had been a wonderful experience, & I tried to capture few glimpses of our journey to Sahasralinga & experience there in peak monsoon.
