As a C9 fan, Game 4 was simply painful to watch. I haven't seen the boys struggling this much in a good while... FLY played really well too, but gosh C9 can't afford losses like Game 4 with the roster they got.

Also Kudos to FLY for coming back from one of the most obvious will-never-work calls I have ever seen in game 1.
I thought it was a "look over here at this new, bright and shiny thing" kinda move, so everyone forgot about all the other problems.
Don't get me wrong, Thanos is great and glad to have him, but he doesn't auto solve the other problems.
Fudge is still a top 3-4 top laner in the LCS. It's a crime not to have him playing.
@@tztech2382 Tbf when things aren't working, if you do nothing, you get memed on for not changing anything and hoping something magically works out.
Fudge felt lacking the past few splits as it seemed like he was requiring jungle pressure and pick prio to seemingly get ahead and do little with his lead. Previously he used to get leads more easily and carry, but fudge for the past few splits seemed to get complacent imo.
I hope he does well/finds a spot to show up.
I have been enjoying seeing thanatos. I would not have expected Fudge to be playing on the knife's edge executing between towers or delay tping into lane to absorb xp like thanatos did in the games.

Indeed Fudge was the problem haha, nothing to do with C9 losing this series.
It is interesting to see that how much desperation affects the performance of teams in long run. I have felt that C9 is not a team of desperation. They put their own efforts for sure, but they do not show how much they feel thirsty on their play as much as FLY, and of course TL is in a different level.
They in general, including Reapered, look too much relaxed in stages. Of course we cannot accuse someone of being chill, but C9 is a bit distinctive. And it is time to disclose everything, competing for worlds. It's especially shame to see that Jojo has lost the potential.
If jojopun changes his name to jojo then he might get good also get the real Thanos not fake thanoto
Cloud 9 got out drafted every game. Put Thanatos on Gnar or Orn, get Blaber on Brand, and Braum for Vulcan. Bans on Ivern / Smolder should have been so obvious after game one. The MF / Corki was so unimpactful all series. Also putting Beserker on Ziggs was a disgracefully bad call. Mumu Pick was so troll. To be fair though Flyquest look like a completely different team. They played really well and drafted extremely well.
g4 c9 def got the meta draft thou. amumu is actually okay rn given the absurd dmg 1st item liandry rush, but i don't see why c0 would pair that with senna. The bigger sin is definitely the lack of adaption throughout the 4 games.

Idk who’s calling the shots in these fights but it’s painful to see them this uncoordinated. Thought they looked good last two series they played so don’t wanna say anything definitive yet but damn the entire series was hard to watch as a C9 fan. Some pretty unacceptable mistakes here. Actually insane how Bwipo’s allowed to play like that and still win

Who would have thought that c9 will be worse after swapping their top laner while also having the most overrated mid laner in the league. Jojo getting outclassed every single game.
Why is c9 playing cheese every single game? Why is Jojo/Vulcan caught every two seconds? What the fk does thanatos even do?
Bwipo Rene is one of the best in the world and C9 let him pick 4 times which is ridiculous.
My only worry is that Bwipo tends to overdo things resulting in his team losing the lead they worked so hard for.

You could argue C9 played better than FLY in most of their roles, outside of the mid lane and jojopyun has been sort of a bust this season, but they deserved to lose with those moronic decisions they made in all of those games to allow FLY to catch up or steamroll with them. They were lucky to even win game 1 from that choke. Funny that Bwipo and Inspired can play so terrible this split, but still make Worlds, because of how bad the West has been. I don't even know what that game 4 was.
