How do you set up a watercolor tube palette?

There's no right or wrong way to go about this step of watercolor painting, but this is one that I've come to like. If you're new to watercolor painting, this may help you have enough space, water access and color focus on your palette per paint session.
What's your favorite way? Are you a pan paint fan rather than tubes? Do you like deep wells or lots of flat mixing space like in a butcher tray? Love to know.
