Does this apply for thin socks? Is the ruling for thick socks only? If so, how do you define what a thick sock is?

When i am making wudu and washing my feet and i make intention to wipe over the sock if i brake my wudu. Can i still make wudu with my sock if i pass wind without the sock but i have had made the intention to wipe over the sock if i brake my wudu

Your question is not clear.

You must put the socks on while in a state of wudu, if you make wudu with the intention to put on socks but you end up breaking your wudu before putting the socks on. You must re do full wudu and put the socks on while in a state of wudu.
