- In this video we have explained how control circuit wiring of an Electrically operated ACB is done. Main difference between Electrical & Manual ACBs are as below;
Electrical ACB has
a) Spring charging motor
b) Closing Coil
c) Shunt release Coil
Using above things we can operate an ACB remotely whereas we cannot do the same with Manual ACB as after every close command given to Manual ACB, we need to charge the spring manually for next close operation.

First of all check karo ki control supply aa raha k nahi. Agar aa raha hai to ye dekho ki U/V coil me supply available hai ki nahi. Agar ye dono available hai to close push button tak supply check karo. then push button press karke closing coil ki terminal pe dekho line ja raha k nahi. Agar U/V coil me continuous supply nahi rahega and closing coil tak line nahi jayega to breaker on nahi hoga.

Ye to thik hai lekin mujhe ek question hai jo 3 month se clear nhi ho paya ACB ko only insulater ke jaise kaise kar sakta hai mera matlab hai usko bypass kaise kare bar bar. Trip Ho to shirf bypass kar ne ka ek full video details me banaiye thanks 👍
Apka question clear nahi hai. May be you are asking about Isolator. Agar ACB me protection release laga hai to fault jab tak clear nahi hoga tab tak trip unit ko reset nahi kar sakte. This is as per safety guidelines. You can't close any circuit breaker until unless the fault is cleared for which the breaker has tripped.

sir when does ACB normally open contact become close contact? is it when na closing coil have a voltage ?
ACB contacts are potential free contact. It is latched with a rod which moves with ACB make-break contacts. Auxiliary contact blocks only change their state(NO to NC or NC to NO) when ACB is turned on and get back to the previous state when turned off.
When motor spring charges complete Motor automatic off auxiliary contact drawing me nahi hai kya sir...
Charging motor has an inbuilt limit switch.

Reason bahat kuch ho sakta hai. Agar fault create ho raha hai to release main indication ayega. Agar fault nahi hai for v kuch time k interval main trip ho raha hai to UV coil check karna hoga. Ho sakta hai UV coil de-energise ho raha hai. Agar heating issues hai to arc chute ko clean karna hoga. ACB k contacts ka tightness check karna hoga

How motor stops when spring charge completed
Charging motor consists a limit switch which cuts the power when spring is fully charged.
Very clear, but one doubt the spring charging motor have auxiliary contact? There's only 3terminals. How we have to connect please reply
Spring charging motor has two terminals(Black sleeves cable).

In L&T C Power ACB, C & D terminal is used for charging motor power supply. Other terminals(if any) are used for internal purpose. For control wiring, we only need to provide control supply to charging motor.

Trip Alarm Contact (TAC) micro switch breaker k trip bar(rod) k sath attach raheta hai. Jab v kise fault k karan breaker trip hota hai to TAC ka limit switch actuate hota hai momentarily. Then ek Aux. Contactor k holding logic k through trip indication ko supply milta hai. As well as closing prevention v valid raheta hai until unless fault is cleared and reset push button is pressed.

But how breaker trip when fault occurred
ACB has microprocessor or thermal based protection release with inbuilt CT. CT sense the fault current and sends off/open command to protection release. Protection release is connected with the trip bar of ACB. In any fault condition trip bar gets mechanical input from the release and the ACB immediately turns off.

Please One more query, if breaker trip directly through lever of release processor then what is the use of shunt coil only for manually breaker off
Shunt release is used to turn off the breaker through TNC or any additional protection relay. For example if we use IDMT relay, then IDMT will send trip command to shunt coil in case of any fault detection.

Please clear query in ACB, what is the difference between Aux. Contacts & secondary isolating contacts, where it's used for what purpose etc.
Also if possible make videos on the same, full details of wiring diagram of interconnected etc.

That's the point. We generally use U/V coil for interlocking purpose.
