Hey Rex, some blokes that have turboed these use the half size radiators that Honda civics come with. Just a bit of knowledge you can do with what you like, loving the content!
I used a n12 pulsar radiator with little mods it fit and worked well

Make a bracket for the turbo to the block or else you will crack the manifold.

For your power steering clearance issues. Delete the original power steering pump and install an Holden astra electric steering pump

I brought a turbo from maxpeedingrods and blew it up on the first run hahaha. Wasnt the turbo or maxpeedings fault, it turned out my oil feed pipe and return pipe were blocked full of junk and sludge 😂 it made it sound like i had a supercharger installed but worse 🤠🤯🤣

we did a water tee off the back heater hoses, and a tee off the oil pressure switch i believe

yo cuzzy for radiator advice i just used the stocker, and ran two 12" spal push fans wired to the stock relay circut mounted on the front of the rad, stays nice and cool
if you got AC i'd say fvck it off before you get too deep in as a phat downpipe (esp one the size ur running) won't fit where the pulley is, i had to remove all that shit - but who needs ac anyway amirite?
9psi would be a max safe limit with stock rods, mines happily chugging along at 7psi already put 2k kms on it, 4g64 or 4g93 injectors would be a nice fit of that turbo, 4g64 injectors the stock ecu struggles to control with reflash, a bit too big for the 25 year old ecu to handle, had to roll with stock 4g93 injectors, but it still runs really rich down low
i ran the stock pump, tried to fit a walboro 255 but it just fouls on the bottom of the tank, so u can smash the bottom of the tank or do what i did and run a brand new bosch replacement 80lph pump, seems to be cutting the mustard so far, with no issues at all fuel wise
