Huge missed opportunity with Slacks. When a police officer continues to interrogate someone while they are acting wildly different, identifying as someone else, etc etc, zeroing in on why it is the police disregarded the mental health of the person in custody. This sort of goes towards the pre-trial motion to have "Peter's" testimony stricken due to mental illness. Obviously this is all hindsight and outside perspective, but painting the PD in the light of being uncaring and chasing the "W" as it were could go a long way towards painting them as vindictive. Especially with the Judge already being on Ramee's side due to Suarez's nonsense, and repeatedly telling everyone not to bicker. Using the Judges disposition to ask a line of question that would minimize the impact of Slacks' testimony would have been a good play.
Currently watching this and I don't know the outcome of the trial yet but if ramee wins this case somehow will blow my mind he is horrible at asking questions and is in way over his head
