For example, many of the times youtube changed its layout, it changed for me later, and some other times it changed for me and when I talked about it with friends they didn't know it had changed because it hadn't changed for them... Not to mention the many times where the number of likes and dislikes combined surpasses the number of views when a video is new and popular... That's just how youtube works...
