Feels like a two stage project. First, become a solid, mid-table Championship club flirting with the play-off positions with no fear of relegation. Second, become a Premier League team in waiting, going into every game expecting to win. I’m confident that Schuey can do the first part. He may or may not be the right man to do the second.
