Can anyone explain to me the difference between a running back lowering his head, using the crown of his helmet to hit the tackler and a tackler trying to get his head in front of the runner to stop his forward progress?

I would say have them play w/o helmets but you would have to have them take off all their pads. I'd still watch lol
