Koh Chang Scuba Diving

Dive sites: HTMS Chang, Hin Raab, National Marine Park
Whale shark was spotted near the wreck HTMS Chang. Some people jumped in to snorkel with the whale. A shiwawa dog also jumped in and got very close.... unfortunately when I got in to the water with scuba gear, the whale already left :(
