I use to drive by that Burger place often at one time in my life and it always caught my eye and interest. Evidence of both a prosporous, fortunate past and an unfortunate past....a happy story and a sad story all at the same location... like many locations along that highway. 1st time viewer here and thanks for the video 👍
Thanks for this. I often wonder what is inside some of these roadside places. I assume nothing, but the burger joint kind of surprised me a bit. Rather sad really.

I can remember that place as far back as 1970. Stopped there a couple of times, but mostly we stopped at Weber's.
Did you see the "Paddle Shack"? I was going to open an orr shop across the street called, The Best Little Orr House in Muskoka! 😉😂🤙 ❤Muskoka!

The restaurant on 60 was called Slims. Ate there many times. Was a good spot.
I ate there in the 80s .
No one in Canada says "aboot". Doesn't happen.
@unclechris4252 Yep, that's irony of the stereotype. Not an actual thing.
@@outandaboot1894 It's weird that the place hasn't been destoryed more than it is. Like there are knives still in the knife block.
I'm Canadian and hear myself saying "aboot" all the time. Drives me nuts but it is how I talk.
@@paulheart5178 You're broken then.
@@unclechris4252 No arguments
from me on that one lol.
