He did everything right, but i do not think he mentioned this. When using aluminum or copper for hard line you want to make sure it doesnt go straight to anything that vibrates. A buddy of mine took the soft line off his compressor and put a push connect straight to it, it looked awesome but the movement from the vibrations caused the line to crack, leaving him stranded. The best is to use stainless line but compression fittings are annoying to use unlike the PTC fittings. Also just in case anyone is wondering, you cannot use PTC fittings with stainless lines.
How do I get this air suspension for Toyota
So glad you show how to do it. Everyone just shows it done and skips the how to part
Great video , it’s hard to film and work so good for you man.
Wow, what a difference! So cool, thanks for sharing Nick!

Get yourself a contour gauge and use Ram Board (Home Depot)to make your templates.
These air fittings do they have center guides in them like plastic line fittings or no? Can you add a link to fittings similar please and thankyou🙏🏻
Yes they do! They’re dot fittings from bagriders.com
Thanks for sharing! Gave me the confidence to do my own hardlines. Sub'd👍
can put the exact name of the fittings you used in this setup? I went to the website you put in the description to look for them and they have a kit but does not look like the one you have.
What kind of tubes I should use? and can you give me links on this tubes and fittings? Thank you!
How did you polish the lines. Did you have to do any sanding before using polish?
hey can you tell me what fittings are used where and how hardlines are fitted into them
This was fucking awesome! Helped me create an idea to do for my trunk!!!
This video helped a lot for my trunk setup and gave me some ideas. Sub'd
These parts you used to connect, do not leak? I'm Brazilian and here the pieces to assemble a hardline are kind of extinct. Do you have a store that exports these components to tell me?
Newbe question here but what are the 4 pipes on the front of the tank going to? I assume the ends are going to dual pumps and one of the front is the supply to the management but what about the three additional lines?
They’re just for looks. They’re capped off under the floor
@@NickSabella thanks, great looking setup
Pls how do I get the set of the air suspension, web site pls or link
What kind of wood is that
bro... clean af! good sh!t
Did you buy different fittings? I’m looking to replace the push to connect fitting with something more “flashy” for a better look.
I stuck with the push to connect fittings. Let me know if you find anything better because I am interested :)
Clean
How were you able to connect both ends of the hard lines into the push to connect fittings if it’s not flexible?
The push to connect fittings have some flex
Nick Sabella thanks
I'm doing mine too, I need some advice and pointers please
What are you using to wrap the mdf ?

Hello where do you get the fittings 3/8 ???

@@NickSabella hell yeah I'm going to have to get mine powder coated when I get it!
@Nick Sabella, I know the tank has the compressor line and then the management line going to it but where are the other 4 hard lines routed to?
They're all capped off. They're just for looks or I guess future expansion.

Where did you purchase the bender?

Hey bro. Nice setup. I watched the whole project and came out pretty good. But I got a question. With the hardlines and the push connect fittings. It don't leak. I'm doing a hardline to my project to but not sure if they leaked because the hardlines done lock with the push connect fittings. Message me back bro. Thanks.
Junior Villarreal I had some fittings that didn't lock and leaked really bad. I had to replace them. The setup now leaks a little but it takes a few days to fully leak out so it's not a problem unless you don't drive it for a few days.
Nick Sabella cool thanks bro
I had the same setup and didnt have any leaks from the hardlines. Just like with cutting soft lines, you have to make sure your end cuts are extremely clean and then pushed all the way in. Should be fine when using the right tools and materials.
I'm running 2 viair compressor 3p/38 airlift performance management. But I'm using airmaxx airtank so, basically I don't know what I'm doing what's the 4 port from the front going, and 2 hole's in one end.🤦♂️
The Details on the tank ports.
9 Ports:
4 - 1/2"NPT Ports (all on the front)
2 - 3/8"NPT Ports (1 on each end)
3 - 1/4"NPT Ports (2 on same end & 1 for drain on bottom)
That's the same tank I have. Just do what I did and cap off the extra ports
@@NickSabella could you please make me a diagram on where did you run those hard lines? I know some of the hole's go too but the 4 holes in the front no idea where to go,😅 egpolintan@gmail.com
don't add music
All this nice work and you use interior door hinges and a kitchen cabinet handle ?
C’mon bro there’s all kinds of hidden European cabinet hinges you could have used. Also could have recessed a finger pull for a cleaner look
Background music is annoying when your talking
Your trunk is full of rust, and you have air suspension😂😂😂
