My Heaven's why can't these mom's leave their grown children alone? They all claim to give their all for their children but, in reality this is all about control. It's just so sad to see a beautiful love destroyed for a Mother thinking she knows what's best for her son. He really is not his own man, only allowed to live according to mom's rules. Such a shame. I have two son's of my own but, I held them close and when it was time to let go,I gave them wings.

Dumb. Anytime you have to lie to get what you want, what you want is evil. The mom, so controlling -- I just cannot get used to this very different cultural phenomenon. Not like anything in my experience. I hope the son breaks away from her and grows up, learns about himself, finds love and joy. I hope he doesn't go back into his putrifying, gilded cage.
Shouldn't he have money he earned from past years? He never opened his own personal account? He let his mother control all his earnings even as an adult? I understand cultural differences, but isn't that just part of being a man? He has some breaking away to do so he can be his own person.

IDK. this seems to be a series but pretty much the same as many others only better made. Can't understand women who are told by someone else that their husband is cheating or fell in love with someone else. I personally would confront the husband along with the liar both at the same time before anything and if it was true then and only then would I walk away and never look back. In my world no man is worth fighting for or arguing over. His mother should be sent away after finding out all these things. I have never in my life felt I had to fight for a man who cheats.

Smh thats crazy that the mother would ruin their relationship. Was she that bad that his mom felt she wasn't good enough for her son. Or was she simply just a controlling mother. This was wild to me. Because this man you can tell really loved her and was hurt that she supposedly stole from him.
