You speak as if Ghana was heaven and money was as common as sand when he ruled Ghana. Those who've succeeded him had a bigger economic size in agriculture and mining...what did they do with it? Size of population matter when developing a country. Less demand means less supply. I can't do more Compared to succesors who're running a bigger population.
