    Cœur d’Arras supposed to be Marouilles (reading as marual’)
    Not sure if you should bake it 😅, there are other cheeses for that

      Thank you @irinvy ! I learn as I hop from one beautiful city to the next!😄This was put forward as an idea should one not have the real thing "Marouilles" and I guess for this the best cheese is Camembert. Thank you for watching!

      @frenchmakoti my fault, I asked and found out that these are different fromages : cœur d’Arras and maroilles
      Also I just finished racklet with a maroilles, so I was wrong again 🥴
