    Well I'm a guy that starting steaming so I could breath better but did notice better blood flow to the face - but I steam multiple times a day - which I was expecting to be 'normal' but what you say Miss Anahi is more the norm on video's I've watched - a few times a week - but I don't agree - it seems that the 'blood / lympth' argument is really where the long term health would come in - like how much more blood flow over the period of years ? anyway - I also just use a pan and a foil chute but I live like a pig with tools and junk around - and yes - open pores are very vulnerable to dirt - seems like a great area for research - also aromas carrying pro active therapeutics ? collagen boosting ? and what of steaming the scalp for stronger hair (you don't need that - your hair is gorgeous)

    Microderm GLO products are excellent overall. I prefer to purchase directly from the company versus Amazon. They are cheaper than Amazon's price, they offer free shipping and they usually have a promo code for further savings.

    I just steamed my face with a bowl of boiling water and a towel for 10 minutes. After I looked into the bowl ( which was clean before) and there was what looked like a lot of dead skin cells. I don't wear makeup and I had already taken a shower only a half hour before. So, I guess if I were to do it again, I would prefer this method over a steamer since all the impurities fall off into the bowl.

    You are really pretty.
    Thank You so much!
    I’ve never had acne.
    Do I start using a streamer on a clean face first? I’m confused on what to do first. 😊

      Hi, 5-10 minutes should be enough. It all depends on your skin type.

    I just got my facial steamer and when I out the water in it's real hot. Is it supposed to be this hot?

    • @Anahisbeautylife
      @Anahisbeautylife  3 года назад +3

      Hi, yes the steam should be hot. Don’t get your face too close to the steamer you can burn yourself and that would NOT be good. I always keep 12-36 inches away from the steamer.

    Can I use tap water in my steamer??

    • @Anahisbeautylife
      @Anahisbeautylife  3 года назад +4

      Hi, I wouldn’t. If you use tap water the steamer will develop build up and will eventually stop working. I use bottled water or filtered water. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.

    Steaming is not recommended by dermatologists. It does not hydrate your skin, it’s actually the opposite. Very misleading video.

      Nat STEMING ON FACE PURIFIES... then inmediately hydrate......everyone knows this.

      Well of course it hydrates the skin - it may be where a person lives - if they live in humidity - the moisture retains - in a dry environment - winter or desert - then smart to apply a healthy hypo allergenic moisturizer immediately after the hydrating steaming operation - - the video IS NOT misleading and she had a very light recommendation on use - like a few times a week - I steam more than every day - - your comment was helpful I'll look up the reason why dermatologists don't recommend it - thanx
