I remember first hearing Swamiji's teachings on identity - inner image, outer image, others' image, world image... I was just shocked! it made a lot of sense, but it was also completely different from how I cognised myself before. Especially the part where he says our (low, small) inner image is no more real than our (bigger stronger) outer image! All the time, I thought the small feeling stupid and ashamed inner me was the real me. So liberating Swamiji when you made me understand this truth!!!
The cause of all negativity around us is our Self Doubt, Self hatred and Self denial.

I got the click that identity is the illusory game we are playing using the 4 images, till we realize there is no such think as identity, there is only full nothingness!
Casually playing with identity, without hurting oneself or others, breaks all seriousness we are carrying about ourselves.
Identity keeps us away from Reality.

try to start from the most recent incident you remember. and go backwards. write the incident in all its details, do not miss any information. it will come :)
