Cold lunch ideas: I like a wrap with hummus, turkey, pepperocini, olives, carrot, bell pepper and feta! Also, an authentic style Greek salad. LOVED your last cold recipe video in addition to this one!
I have a low carb keto meal prep business and I usually freeze the dinner meal prep for my clients just to ensure that they have a hot and fresh meal but I’m a little Leary about doing the same for lunch due to my top priority of providing my clients fresh, delicious food but yet also provide them with as much conveniences as possible! I will definitely consider switching to fully providing cold lunch options s to my clients!!!🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽Thanks for this!! Awesome content!!

From the UK - this is honestly the best meal prep vid i've seen in a while. Converted to freedom units, i'm trying to get from 183 down to 160 (10kg) in time for summer with 28% body fat currently. With this + exercising an hour a day, I really do think it's doable thanks to you. I'll let you know my progress.

My fav cold lunch is a wrap using a spinach wrap, chicken breast, Romaine/butter lettuce/spinach mixture, light drizzle ranch, light drizzle honey barbecue sauce, red onion, 1/2 oz mozzarella and black beans. I use to add corn and tomatoes until I found out I have diverticulitis. I love all your recipes.

I love these ideas! I am in the process of converting...lol...(yes... I said converting ) my boyfriend into a healthier lifestyle. These video's on cold meal prepping are really helpful bc he works extremely hard, a very laborish job where he will work 4-8 hours with no way to heat up his meals. So I am constantly looking for ideas and your's are amazing thank you!! Congrat's on the app and book!!!

My favorite cold lunch is: a salad with dark greens, quinoa, avocado, tomatoes and shrimp or chicken. I have a salad container with an ice pack on it. I really like the idea of the chopped salad on a tortilla. Thx
