I'm happy to see that I'm not the only person who daydreams about their garden! I feel a little flutter in my heart at this time of year even though I am still learning ALOT. This year I have a solid plan, great infrastructure, and I started early with seeds indoors. I am so hopeful! Thank you for sharing your JOY!
@analoggurl... I feel ya.. I've been trying to produce a thriving garden as well.. It's been at least 7 years now.. I will Not give up... I'm very motivated, but there are days when there's so many obstacles get thrown into my path... Keep your chin up Ok.. Much Love & Much Respect to you on your journey, ok... Never give Up!
I have been growing cosmos for 20 years even before vegetables, and you can harvest the seed from the plant and just keep on generating. I actually have so many seeds that I make little envelopes and I give them to people to have in their garden.🌸🌱
Taqueshia, 3,000 SQ FT!! That is a LOT of garden to keep up, especially when you keep it looking so lovely. Saving your own seed and tubers , and growing them out the next season is my favorite part of gardening, except for EATING the harvest!!
DON'T STOO DREAMJNG YALL!!!! I HAVE SUCH A BEAUTIFUL VISION FOR MY AREA THIS SEASON ~~~ I'M SO EXCITED MY MIND IS ALL OVER THE GARDEN AREA 😊 I HAVE LOTS OF MATERIAL TO PURCHASE SO I TOLD MYSELF SELF "ONE BED AT A TIME" WATCHING SO MANY VIDEOS CAN DEFINITELY BE OVERWHELMING ~~I'M EXCITED THANKS FOR ALWAYS SHARING
I'm happy to see you full of excitement like so many of us. It's been raining here in Southern California. I'm doing clean up in the yard when I can catch a break from the rain. I'm going out today to see if I can find a couple of Blackberry bushes. Yeah, new items for a new season. 😂😂❤❤❤😂😂
I sowed the white swan echinacea as well and learned after sowing them that they like cold stratification before sowing as well. I left the tray on the heat mat anyway and finally got some germination, but going to make sure I note on the seed packet that they need cold stratification since the seed packet made no mention of it. I’ll place the seeds in the fridge for 6-8 weeks prior to sowing them.
Taquisha ,❤ the growth of your seedlings!! They look amazing. 3,000 sq feet of grow space!🎉 BTW, I love the garden to table videos. Please continue to show how you use your produce to cook meals for your family. Thanks for all the work and effort both you and your entire family put into giving us a peek in on your garden adventures. 😊
Beautiful garden 🪴 ❤ seeing the joy radiating from you makes my heart smile. 🥰💕 Thank you for sharing, inspiring and motivating us future growers. 🌱💚 Happy Growing! 💚🌱
Blessings from my channel to yours!!! Your starts look amazing!!! The peppers look so vibrant and healthy!!! I can’t wait to see your garden flourish, you’ve done a great job with all the updates!!!
So happy that I found your channel, I love your energy. New sub. Your seedlings look so strong and amazing. I’m loving the sound of the rain, it’s so peaceful. Thank you for sharing. Happy gardening 👩🏽🌾💚
Thank you for the video. I got many ideas from your presentation. I needed that information to see what was possible. You gave me my marching orders. I am always impressed by the little things; I am particularly touched by the rain on the roof of your greenhouse. This year I will make a greenhouse to start plants and just sit and listen to the rain. Again, thank you very much, and best wishes.
Hello, I am glad to see you are doing well. My garden is doing well but I have been distracted. You know the old saying when it rains it pours, well that is where I’m at. My best friend and his wife lost their employment and the wife developed health issues. So, I had to step in and help the family. My brother developed health issues and his wife needed my help with their company. I am still employed and travel a lot for my job so my time is very limited. This is just a part of my challenges. But as gardeners you know we can do anything and we keep moving forward. God has blessed me, so I have to help wherever I can. I am sorry to burden you with negative issues but rest assured, I love you and your channel and will always be your number one fan. A little story to make you smile. I was on an airplane trying to catch up on my RUclips and the lady in the seat next to me saw what I was watching and gave you a compliment. This was on the other side of the world, smile. Best wishes to you and all, I will be back active online soon, God willing.@@ourfreedomsong
I have two big bags as well of sea potato that I need to do I’ve been so behind. I’ve been trying to do little things at a time I want to pick up more seeds I want to grow arugula, because I actually had an arugula salad the other day, and it was delicious.🌱
You have definitely been working hard and all of your seed starting efforts are paying off. It’s so nice to look at the abundance of starts that you have…..such a money saver. Bonnie Plants 🪴would be envious of you! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Since you have taken the time to get the square footage of your garden, why don’t you see how much you have saved by growing your own starts. A 6 pack of starts was selling for $3.99 to $5.99 last year (depending on the plant variety) and one collard plant (one seed 😂) was selling for $5.99. Not to mention the savings you will have on flowers 🌸. It’s definitely the time to invest in growing our own from start to finish. I have my grow station in the basement….and I must say I understand your excitement. So far, I have ginger, sweet potatoes, celery, cilantro, green onions, herbs, Swiss chard, lacinato kale and a variety of flowers peeking through the soil. I still have 8 more weeks until my last frost date. I will definitely be ready. I enjoyed your the updates.
YESSSS! We are saving so much money starting from seed! I'm grateful that I am beginning to understand how! We learn as we grow for sure!!! Wow look at you growing alll the things!!!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

It will be an experiment for sure! Last year I started some indoors.... I don't remember what variety that was though.
