I think the crux of it all is basically, freedom or slavery? Thats the question we're all having to contend with. The convenience of being a slave, is that you don't have so much personal responsibility. Its like the convenience of being a child. The inconvenience of being a slave, is that when abuses happen to you, there is no remedy. This is true whether you're talking about abusive parents or abusive governments. The convenience of having freedom, is that you get to chart your own destiny. Fully use your creativity and imagination and skills. As long as something is a thing you can actually do and accomplish, there is nothing and no one in your way of it. The inconvenience of having freedom, is that all of the personal responsibility falls squarely on your own head. So this requires a level of maturity where you are capable of learning from your mistakes, taking accountability for your actions, and having the willingness to be as self-sustaining as possible, and the ability to cooperate with other similar like-minded people towards mutual benefit. It also requires the capacity for adult rational emotional control, diplomacy, compromise and civil discourse in the face of disagreements, with an active desire to have mutual resolution that benefits all parties, and harms no one. The level of personal development required to be capable of this, is terrifying to those who are cognitively lazy and who would rather have a perceived supreme authority make choices for them, and control their lives. However, the idea of a benevolent dictator has always been a lie. Whether it is in the form of modern governments who pretend to represent the people but in actuality the politicians serve only their own petty interests, or in the form of a full blown totalitarian regime, or any other type. When the people abdicate their right to personal responsibility, they also abdicate every single right that they think they have, surrendering their destiny to the will of others who probably do not have their best interests in mind. Its why we have exploitation, war, and so on. So we are faced with this choice. What do we want? Why do we want it? And those who want slavery will face-off with those who want freedom, winner take all. Thats where we are at.
I think this question is a major one in the Pluto-Neptune cycle we're living through. The question of human freedom and the responsibility to choose between right and wrong, or good and evil if you like, is one that I think the Gemini cycle is speaking to. Mercury embodies that duality. I think another aspect to this is the technology of the moment, which could foster greater freedom for the individual or totalitarian tyranny, depending on how it is used and what paths we choose to take.

I've never been into astrology. Never really felt that I had much need for it. The years 2020 thru 2023 seem to have changed all that. I'll take any help I can get at this point - thanks for (hopefully) helping me survive the next one.
It is important to keep in mind that Jupiter could signify Inflation just as much as it could signify Deflation.
It seems Jupiter magnification can be Either Positive or Negative.

December looks like a hot mess as far as politics in the US. We should remember though that many of the world's democracies are voting this year. There is a lot up for grabs, there is alot of going forward, while fighting the past. No power structure ever gave up control without a fight. Thank you as always.
Absolutely. We focus a lot on the US because most of our audience is there and obviously what happens there is important for the rest of the world. But Pluto in anaretic Capricorn is a big disruptive deal for all sorts of “old orders” around the world.

I am curious about the 12P/pons-brook comet being at its maximum brightness next April. It is called the "devil's comet" because it seems to have two horns. The glyph of Taurus has horns, too! It will be close to Jupiter (and visible!) on April 12-14. Also appeared in May 1954, January, 1884 and

Utterly fascinating. One caveat, I've recently seen some examples of inspirational Buddhist text (poetry) translated by AI into English: it's insipid and nonsensical. And AI, as it is quoted in the same set of examples, points out that it cannot learn from this experience. That's only a few minutes in your video though. Overall it is riveting. I love the style you have developed for these reports.
Thanks! Well I would say that the technology is still in its infancy. I have a feeling it will get very good at translations for human to human communication. I think the jury’s out on whether it will ever be able to translate poetry artfully or create worthy art on its own. I hope not, honestly.

I remember the creative idea of the "multiverse" a concept where people believe that in a far planet from Earth there is another person like you. The artificial technology boom requires to understand this concept, in order to respect the ideas developed here in our planet Earth, apart from "alien" ideas that tend to overtake the original essence in our planet. That is, to humanize technology, a dichotomy related to Pluto, the planet of the extremes.
I just love the blend of astrology and history. I'd love to layer on family line genealogy - it's a great big data project - might be able to see the triggers for population movements, environmental conditions if an astrocatography lens was added. (now there is a AI use I can get behind. Genealogy is going to be a weak spot - for more than me I suspect....)

I'm a Leo rising with my Sun in the Aquarius 7th house conjunct Mars and Mercury. My 2nd house, Virgo, has Saturn, Moon, and North Node conjunction. My Moon is at 14 degrees 7 minutes of Virgo, exactly opposing the Saturn Mars conjunction in Pisces. This is after my Saturn opposition takes place at 11 degrees 47 minutes of Virgo. My life has been a chaotic unexpected series of disruptions since I was born. Uranus in the Scorpio 4th house, currently being opposed by transiting Uranus in my tenth house. Looks like I am going to have dig deep into the layers. I know my solar return in February 2024 has Mars and Pluto conjunct at zero Aquarius in the 8th house. Other than that the chart does seem easier than the one I've had this year. I just want a break honestly.
I feel you. I'm some years younger than you. My Neptune square will end in February. I wasn't able to build something stable this year and feel misplaced in my life in every regard. Friendships and job chances have disappeared before my eyes. What I'm learning right now is to let go and not doing anything because whatever I try to do or materialize, it will probably disappear anyway.
My solar arc Mars is at 29 Scorpio, a critical degree. It will change signs in only a few month. Other than Saturn transiting my DC next year, it seems that I'll have a break from outer planets and critical degrees for at least two years.

I'm also a Leo Rising/Leo Sun. Life has been very difficult for me as well. I still have wounds from the past I haven't been able to heal. This year has been an onslaught of nightmare transits. Pluto's ingress into Aquarius exactly opposed my 0 degree Leo Rising. The Venus retrograde during summer transited my natal Mercury, and nearly left me homeless. I still have some lingering trauma from that ordeal. Uranus is squaring my Saturn right now. That aspect won't start waning for another 3 months. I know that 2024 is supposed to be a better year for fixed signs, but it seems like I never get a break.
Saturn moon and Rahu ( north node) conjunction isn't considered good as it can wreak havoc on your mental health, finances ,personal life & career. You need to do remedy of Saturn and Rahu( north node). There are remedies for saturn and rahu in vedic astrology which i also did as i also have saturn moon conjunction with direct aspect of Rahu. My life has also been through ups and downs since childhood.
17° Leo rising 18° Aquarius sun - 9h moon 22° Aries • Saturn & Mars conjunct 4h @13-16° & the rest is in Cap. Except nn.
Uranus up there, squaren' sun & Asc... & Uranus going thru all those transit squares to Saturn.

I just realized that when Pluto goes into Aquarius, it will be conjunct the Sun. Jan 21. They'll both be moving into Aquarius at the same time.
