@@Plank2g Well, I managed to finish her solo in the quest, but I messed up the timing so much. Kept getting bounced. I was dodging the ranged attacks consistently though, so thank you for the help :)

Great video. Though think it's important to say that you can scythe walk with a whip without losing any dps, some people find it easier to learn one rythm rather than relearning after getting their scythe.

I feel like most people (myself included) might know how to scythe walk but when it comes time to do it you don't know how to get started. If you tanked any hits from P1, you're brewing and aren't ready to hit Verzik right at the beginning of P2. Even if you are ready to attack and step back right away in P2, the timing for the beginning is different than the rest of it and is not explained in these guides. Get bounced once and you're stunned for nylos? Take a range hit and a nylo explosion stack, dead. Off one mistake you're now dead and are unable to practice after, idk, 20 minutes of raiding? I ran 2 raids today and died this way both times. Brutal. Makes me not want to play anymore.
Also, how are you timing the scythe walk when there aren't ranged/green attacks? After 35% health, there's basically no visual cue for the timing at all. So what do we do at that point?
I know everybody hates entry mode, but it’s the best way to practice. II guess I need to make a guide on that. Thanks for the reminder.

I really enjoy learning how to do ToB and I often see people complaining about the quest, but I've always felt that you don't need high stats or very expensive gear to complete entry mode, just a decent timing. (I have 101 cb, my offensive stats are 80-85).
Thanks for not talking about game ticks, but what visual/audio cue to use to attack on the right moment.
I just did a solo run and your guide really helped me through phase 2, I got it in one go. I was so happy, I completely messed up after but I don't care, my goal was to get phase 2.
I hope you'll do the video on how to pop the nylocas soon because I still take a fair amount of damage from that.
