I absolutely loved your idea Holly, regarding making a black bean burger, I took a can of black beans added peppers purple onion, mushrooms, than I seared my vegetables, and cook them a little bit in olive oil, then I smashed my black beans I added vegan yeast, along with some bread crumbs onion powder I actually added one full garlic clove and then after I cooked all my vegetables, I added it to my Bean ingredients and I baked it at 350° on each side for 15 minutes, after that I put it in the broiler for 3 minutes and made it just like a hamburger and boy was it delicious! So thank you very much my dear keep up the good work.
what do you think about sugar? like, i know the sugar in fruit isnt refined so its not as bad for you but whenver i track my food and see that ive had like 80g of sugar in one day from fruit (and other stuff admittedly but mostly fruit) i get worried haha

Did you have to put your things into storage over Christmas as people use your rooms? Or is it purely for safety? As I know some unit let out rooms but I thought it was just summer so I'm interested, and as for turmeric ....I thought that was just a curry thing so I may try that

I just noticed that you don't include salt in your diet. Is that true? If yes, why? I am really eager to know because I've grown up being told that salt is integral part of our diet and protects us from dieseses like goitre. As a biology student what is your take on that? Please answer Holly. 😀

Fascinating. At my uni, the lecture auditoriums can seat several hundreds, yet you will only see a handful of people without their laptop. Must be a cultural thing.

It’s not just academic, I know someone who did 6 a levels (the norm is 3) and got 6A*s (highest possible grade) and didn’t get in... passion for subject is key

your portions are so big, i'd love to transition from veggie to vegan however don't think my stomach could handle the amount needed for the amount of nutrients needed, the struggles
+Adriana Rico Go for it! You don't need to eat as much as I do to obtain the nutrients you need! I am sure you can keep your portion sizes the same, but the key is just variety! If you are anxious about meeting nutrient targets at first, I can suggest using cronometer just at the start to check you are getting enough of everything! Hope this helps! ;)

Best way is to keep the seed in the half you save. Then they can actually keep for at least a day, if not two!
