Very energetic interpretation of the Capriccio; liked it a lot; suits Korsakov's lively Spanish melodies. Bravi to the conductor and the orchestra; not easy to maintain the ensemble in this furious tempo 👏👏👏👏
All credit to the clarinettist. That’s a very difficult tempo to play this part at (about 140 bpm!). In many performances you hear it slow down after the clarinet enters because so many players, and very good ones, have trouble keeping tempo with all the ornaments in the part, even at around the standard 120/125 bpm.
That's gotta be the fastest Alborada I've ever listened to. So energetic and lively!

I'm so happy I stumbled on this performance. This conductor is what life is about.
the maestro is absolutely fantastic! I love him, his movement and how he conducts the orchestra. He looks like he is dancing. Superb
A alegria nessa orquestra é contagiante! Fui pego.

That clarinetist is amazing!!!!
Great performance! I am totally with the trumpeter at 0:18. Watch the clarinetist in front of him. Haha.

Yeah especially if you do double trills, which this clarinetist didn't (and shouldn't be expected to, it's too fast for that lol)
Actually this got bastardized. The score writes the credenza in 64ths not 32nds - and its supposed to end a bit slow. Its a ripple into a wave effect.
@@thelookingcatthere are no double trills in the score - its written out in 64th triplet runs.
❤
How could you get the tempo so wrong? It sounds like an old 33 record on 45
Yeah it's just the conductor being insensitive.

Too fast!
