Jr. 25 yr old. I remember his pop fighting Oscar when he was 24 yr old and Tito at only 22 yr old. He was real deal fighting big stage fights at that age. Showed guts and heart in that 1st Rd vs Tito.

Vargas was special boxer with real power. at that age fighting elite fighters was too soon, he needed more experience
late bloomers dude..not everyones has to be champ in their youth..good examples of a late bloomers Antonio Tarver started being pro at 28 years old, Ken norton 24, Ron lyle mid twenties, Dwight Muhammad Qawi 25 years old..all had degrees of success but all were champions!!

Kid has talent but we will see if he is going to be a Championship contender when he fights skillful fighters. He will probably get 10 more unskilled fighters before his camp decides to test him with good fighters.

That's boxing for you. Evan Holyfields first fight (son of evander holyfield) literally fought a guy with less than half a year of boxing training period, I think it was two months.. KOd him in less than 10 seconds and then showboated around.

These vargas kids should be selling out arenas in no time if they're fight career goes as planned. They got what a promoter wants. Good speakers,confidence,Style, ko's, good looks, sky's the limit. The fact he's ko/tko his first 5 apponents is a good sign already.

Needs better opponents asap! He has good form. I'd like to see how he paces himself in a 10 round match, and against an opponent who provides better resistance. Hope he fights a few more times this year.
Build him up slowly. He's 25, he will be tested vs skill fighters that can be hit and hit back. 3 more yrs vs. mediocre fighters. I still Vargas Sr. career could hv been saved after the first knock down in the 12rd against Trinidad.

Koboski has no power, no head movement, and doesn’t use his legs. That’s a recipe for a short boxing career.
