That film has got Oscar written all over it. It will win 3 Oscars minimum and be nominated for dozens of awards. This real story will make millions of new young fans. Elvis was a YOUTH MOVEMENT more than anything. And that energy turned right into the civil rights movement and changed the world. Austin Butler looks like a young Johnny Depp and he will nab one of those Oscars for sure. This movie just made him a star.
It gave me "goosebumps"as well...it also showed the two different types of personalities of the ladies here..one was elated..while the other girl was more sedate...the closeups of Butler in the movie gave me "John Travolta " vibes😏
From what we can see Austin Butler did an amazing job capturing the spirit and essence of Elvis. He is also strikingly handsome in his own right (he's a natural blonde). This is going to be the best film ever made about him... there will be truths and untruths as well but in a biopics.. sometimes things are used to be symbolic like the TCB yellow bolt around his neck in the first scene. That didn't happen nor did the Ferris Wheel conversation take place on a Ferris Wheel. But you get the message. I anticipate this will be an amazing movie!
I really hope that every Elvis/ music fan will help make this a huge succes . Make sure to go to the cinema and see this. Personnaly I have invited 20 freinds to go see this. THIS is a great chance to give Elvis a big revival among young people. Lets TCB for The King !!
I hope it's a box office smash as well, I hope they include a small part of Mr Sam Bell talking about his friend EP. Sadly Mr Sam Bell just passed away, the man could have written a book about Elvis. But did not that's what you call a friend, rest in peace Mr Sam Bell!!

Yessss! Austin Butler does a very good job as Elvis! This is a different Elvis movie then all the others. Tom Hanks as his manager Parker brings this also a higher level. Austin and Tom are both huge Elvis fans! What a superb trailer, I can not wait to see this movie!
Amazing to see how Austin Butler's voice sounds exactly like Elvis' voice... he had a vocal coach during 1 year to get to talk and sing like Elvis, and we can have a glimpse through this trailer how amazing the result is.... I can't wait to see the full result in June. This could be an Oscar-winning role for Austin... Given his vocal and physical performance and transformation here, he would certainly deserve at least a nomination
Brand new Elvis book, Elvis: The Quest for an Oscar, great cover, 536 pages. The book will convince you that Elvis deserves an Oscar for his contributions to the movie industry. Elvis was able to capture the persona of all the characters he played to perfection. The 31 movies that Elvis made always entertained everyone who watched them. Austin Butler will most definitely receive the Oscar for his dynamic performance in “Elvis”. It’s time Hollywood gave Elvis the Oscar he deserves. “Elvis”, the movie you must see, Elvis: The Quest for an Oscar, the book you must read….
Great trailer isn’t it? he no doubt learned a lot from other American singers and from the church. I am delighted they are adding that to the new film, we all work the best when working together 🙏❤️
Elvis was born in a 1 room shack of a house his dad built with money he borrowed from his boss on January 8, 1935 in Tupelo, Mississippi. That's how dirt poor they were. He was one half of identical twins; the other boy - Jesse Garon - was stillborn. They were so poor, that Jesse Garon was buried in a shoebox in an unmarked grave. At Graceland they have a plaque with his name on it in his memory. He always got along with the black community and learned a lot about music from his friends of color. Also, according to the one drop rule, Elvis would not be considered white, since he has Cherokee ancestors on both the Smith (his mother) and the Presley (his father) sides of the family. His paternal grandfather was not happy that his two sons, Elvis' father Vernon and his brother Vester, married two sisters, Gladys and Clettes who were known to have Cherokee blood in their family tree. But he was in denial about the Cherokee blood in his own family tree. As a child, Elvis already had many friends in the black community at the time his family was one of 4 "white" families that lived in the predominantly black neighborhood The Hill, just across from Shake Rag. His childhood friend Sam Bell said that some of the (black) kids in that neighborhood had lighter skin than Elvis (ruclips.net/video/LrFCyNMvZWk/видео.html). One of Elvis' bodyguards once said that he thought it was a miracle Elvis got into Humes High School in Memphis, because it was "lily white". Elvis wanted to be more open about his Native ancestry, but his manager "colonel" Tom Parker (real name Andreas van Kuijk) was against it because he was afraid it might cost Elvis fans (and himself money). They did have Elvis play characters in his movies though where he had Native American blood (Flaming Star, G.I. Blues, Stay Away Joe). Once Elvis had his own (apprentice) job learning to be an electrician, he saved up his money and bought his clothes in the same style that many of his friends of color wore. He was called a (forgive me, just stating facts here) "n-lover" and got beaten up several times too. Later, when he was an established star, he would not perform at places where the members of color of his back-up band/orchestra weren't allowed.

Colonel Parker was vile.
I hope they show his kid side. I hope it shows how shady and how shady his friends were. He was so sensitive
I'm gonna be 40 soon and nobody's gonna remember me
You would be surprised to know that a lot of people think about you
Have you seen it yet?
No
I don’t know where to get it
@@Peacesent you have to. i can't wait to see your reaction. it is an amazing film. i loved your trailer reaction.
What's wrong with the girl in the white shirt? Is she having a bad day? So grumpy throughout the whole trailer. Obviously not a Elvis fan.
Y'all seem African, did you know that Afrobeats was inspired by American Funk? The creator of Afrobeats was very close friends with James Brown before they had the huge Fall out and he went back to Ghana and brought Africa a whole new type of Groove
I think somebody in this video likes Elvis lol.
qué linda la nena de azul....eres fans como yo de Elvis.... En cambio su compañera q lástima ...una falta de emoción q da pena.🤷♀️
They used Elvis actually singing not the actor, no one can replicate Elvis
Austin Butler actually sings early Elvis and later Elvis is Elvis, all of us Elvis fans have to get out to cinemas to watch and show our support.💗
