Nice look but want fenders that don’t look like a 4x4 with bolt recesses. Been looking for mean put classy . Saw some from a company but can’t find them anymore. Bummer 😢
Quite a few brands to look at. Also there's a full body kit that just came out a few weeks ago for the car I'll link the kit RUclips removed the comment due to "advertising"........ It's a "stets r53s mini Cooper widebody kit".
Reach out if you want a few different links to really nice fender flare kits This is from hours stacked on hours if looking and doing background searchs for the quality of each kit. I do this because I love r53 minis lol
Just what I am looking for , It doesnt show if you had to cut the wheel well or not and what kind of rivnuts did you use? Where did y9ou order them from , I have been looking hard for a kit that looks good and doesn't cost 6k.
GM, no I didn't cut the fenders or the quarters. The customer bought this kit from eBay "it's a universal kit." It's a lot of cutting went on for it to sit down on the body flush. I cut off most of the screw "cutouts" and shave them down then adhesive and filler worked them back to the flares. Without doing that the flare would not sit flush on the body. For screws "I used some bubble head sheet metal screws and I put adhesive on the thread so that way they don't vibrate out.
Nice job!
GM my apology for the late response; thank you

what length were the universal flares?
GM, I'm not sure, they were purchased by the customer.
