Since it is somewhat related to this video, I wanted to let you all know I saw a great post on reddit yesterday going over how you can build your heroes to become "a human artillery cannon", especially after you get killing momentum on them. Some others were talking about how barbarians giving higher critical chance is really good on a magelock hero, and other great tips.
Mage lock is my second favorite unit. My favorit is phantasm warrior. Play as the magic culture that can promote magic origin and early game they are gods. Get a godir with the arcane summoner, then lvl up support abilities that increase states for magic irigin, lvl 1 units, and defense and they can 1 on 1 most units late game
Oh yeah, you can add a lot of great effects to those rifles! And if you can craft an early t4 or t5 weapon, then you get a lot of great clearing potential, but that generally comes at het cost of better buffs and debuffs that you get from magic materials.
@@Chonus I have gotten a chance to see that in action on a single handed sword and it was awesome. But not on a crafted item. What would you recommend to compliment the last trait slots with?
This is classic Triumph. They are somehow unable to just slightly adjust overpowered/underpowered units. It's either nerf to the ground or buff to make them disgustingly OP.

@@WinSlayaGaming ya I was thinking of that as well as you can just do physical damage and get the crit damage and hit chances.
Its quite a strong combo

Yeah, Phantasm Warriors are really strong
I love to combo with a spring fairy to guarantee a hit
Yeah, that is a strong combo!
I play only single player but the mage lock rifle with infestation is huge.

Try Area chain, the one that requires 3 haste berries.

How do you guys generally forge an item? In the case of magelock, what stat do u usually want to find before forging one?
@@pramadanaagsha3943 Generally what ever you can but you get get the item forge in the mid teens if you rush it.

Damage should've been reduced to 30ish with the other changes
I do have a question what type of melee weapon pairs best with the poisons trait? Single large hit or multi hits to get the stacks?
poisonous triggers when an enemy attack you, so having multiple attacks hitting you can be better
@@WinSlayaGaming ya I had misread that when I took the trait. Still was a lot of fun.
@@matthewpena3932 I like to add stinky for a higher chance to proc the poison
I’m guessing despite all the buffs, the auto-resolve will still treat these guys like garbage late game?
hello winslaya, how the hell are ya?!
I'm good. Enjoying my summer. How about you?
