Yes Twinkles posture is distracting and not observed before by anyone interviewing. Shabana looks very hippi-ish in that dress and is obviously very well read and confident in herself and life. It’s nice to see in an Indian woman of latter times. I wish more woman carried this much self confidence and her upbringing helped develop her personality.

I don't do it to others or like anyone doing that near me. Shabana ji did look at Twinkle's feet & then put hers up too. Shabana ji is looking very beautiful even now. I enjoyed the last line at closing, from Shab to Twink in action: Shab : Itna Chota Sa Bachcha , pat-pat mere se Aaj Baat Karta Hai Twink : Mein Kya Karu (Sure Shabana must have all those past good memories erupt seeing Rajesh's baby child grow immaculately into a striking gorgeous woman).
Up until I was in India, I thought Indians are good for nothing.. because everything felt corrupt and dishonest. I now see things with more clarity. I see we have skills and these are true skills. we don't have means, and we are pulled down like crabs because of lack of resources by our own community. Learning these facts about life has helped me appreciate these legends more. And, I feel like I am a newborn in the world, and such interactions with people who have lived whole life, have so much to help me learn and grow better. I can filter now, and I can take better decisions as well, so I look forward to deeper interviews. Not just ideal questions with surface scratching answers.
I've enjoyed watching all 3 interviews. But it's been mostly because I've wanted to know these Icons better. Twinkle needs to figure out a good posture so she isn't pointing her foot towards the interviewee or wearing an awkward outfit. I look forward to more chats.

Reading the below comments from non Muslims for a Muslim woman shows that India is changing, it emphasizes that now politicians cannot play the communal game, everybody I mean everybody needs peace and growth for our country. Maybe I’m just old school but it irks me to the core to see Twinkle sit cross legged in front of Shabana Azmi it may be unintentional but it just seems inappropriate and awkward from a body language and form perspective 😳

Yes ur rite in Indian mannerism it's wrong to raise foot towards ur respective elders sitting in front of u actually in west culture it's fine to sit cross ur leg.
It not just shows lack of respect, but it’s just insensitive of her to sit like that, because Shabana ji seems to be unable to cross her own legs. 🙄
So true! I remember when I sit in the plane, people next to me sit like that. It is appallingly rude when your food arrives and their foot is almost in your meal. 🤮

Amazing interview....these interviews bring out the essence of a person, in this case Shabana Azmi....a strong feminist, an activist, a forward thinking Muslim woman who is proud of her roots; her heritage and her upbringing....A woman brought up in a political ideology other than political Islam... celebrating different festivals, art and culture makes her a wonderful human being...God bless her 😊
