First of all my friend just wrote me recommending an app to organize recipes and it is AMAZING www.recettetek.com/en/
Second, sorry for the audio issues in the first part of the video (my phone was too close to the microphone 🙈)

Hi Marta, Easy and healthy recipes are your niche! Wow, you are a scientist? incredible. you lived in Paris, Netherland, Switzerland, Germany, wow so you have a wide culinary experience, hope you will travel to Asia in future. yes, i do enjoy watching your videos because of your aesthetics. the picture comparison from 2013 to 2020 is so much improved. i don't think you should delete your older videos, because the more further you come along, you should be proud of the progress that you have made. Yes, i agree that you capture your grandma and learn from them. its your family heritage that every family has.

Hi, I’m also a mum of 2 in Munich. I totally love your channel and the meal ideas you give. Thanks for all the effort you put to make these videos. I was wondering whether you organize some workshops, meetups or similar with other hobby cooks? Best regards

Oh, Thank you so much for your sweet message 🤗❤️ concerning meet-ups i had an idea to meet in a restaurant together with our "cooking for family in Munich" fb group. But I'm definitely open to any other ideas as soon as the Lockdown is over 😊

Thanks for answering my question :) In terms of a cookbook, I really recommend The Food Lab, the author approaches cooking from a much more scientific/methodical view rather than traditional and I really enjoyed it as I am also a scientist. I also love frozen fruits and veggies, they are so easy, cheap and nutritious. I'm sad by how many people think they are bad and stay away from them. I know people who don't eat vegetables because they are too expensive but they refuse to try frozen ones "because they're not good for you"

Thank you for the recommendation! I will definitly check it out. If you like a "scientific cookbooks" there is one called "Modernist Cuisine at Home". I didn't have chance to read it completely yet but it sure looks super impressive! And yes, we still need a lot of education about food. There are so many misconceptions such as the one about frozen food not being nutritious enough...

I saw your posts on a FB group for BLW yesterday and I’ve watched probably close to a dozen of your videos already.
Also, at around the 7 minute mark here, I love the way you described how adding acid to some of your go to meals really gave it umami

Oh, thank you Meredith for your sweet comment ❤️ and yes, the acid thing is magical. Even to a simple broccoli soup for my kids I add a bit of lemon juice in the end. You can't even really tell it's lemon but suddenly all the flavors are enhanced 😁
