"Being patient and nice to your self and body " - Michelle, 2023 yes girl! And also this will be my motto for the whole year. As a woman who has naturally skinny body, I was so insecure as I grow up since elementary up to college days. Living in a country that the standard body size would be between slim and chubby. People would always notice me for being skinny same when I applying jobs instead of seeing my skills and qualifications. But now, I slowly accept myself without thinking those criticisms. What's important is being healthy and contented with what you have. Meesh you'll always be my inspiration. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experience here in your channel.

Thank you for sharing Michelle. After the idea of being "too skinny" struck my head, I stress about it constantly. People are often insensitive about making comments about someone being too thin when putting on weight is as hard as losing it. Hopefully I can be better at accepting myself and not worrying too much about what others might think. Thank you for being an inspiration
I’ve been both overweight and skinny throughout my life. Being told I’m "too thin", "you should eat cake", was just as hurtful as being told I’m too fat. Yet people think it’s ok to comment on being skinny, thinking it doesn’t hurt when it does as much as being called fat…
Everyone talks about how they want to lose weight, the struggles and insecurities on that. Barely anyone talks about the opposite, the struggles with being skinny or actually wanting to gain weight. I can totally relate to this. Been struggling with myself forever and still do. Really glad you talked about it. And it’s true, you are your own harshest critic. It’s always a work in progress to love yourself and your body. We grow thicker skin and learn to accept some things we cannot change. As long as you’re healthy and happy.

Fast forward, and now I am so grateful and proud of my body, my own sanctuary, despite the memories those words left back in the day. In the end, we are the ones who have the power to accept and care for our body with so much love, only us.

hey Michelle! I recommend getting a floor vacuum (ex: zoomba) to help with floor hairs/pet hairs! we got one for my family and omg never going back. you can even program it to run automatically too. we hardly ever use the vacuum anymore unless its for tight corners/detailing. hope this helps!

Your videos are like so relaxing. I’m watching it this Sunday morning in bed. Body image insecurity I believe is something everyone goes through. Since being a kid I always struggled with feeling too skinny especially once I entered junior high when all the girls were starting to develop. I was a late bloomer. I used to like this boy and my friend told him and he was like no I don’t like her she’s too short and skinny. That made me so insecure. Till this day it still bothers me when people comment on my weight.

It is definitely a very common experience for comments that were made to us in high school or earlier having such a strong impact on us even when we are adults. We just learn with time to be gentler and more accepting towards ourselves but this is also a constant work in progress 🥰

I related a lot to your story about getting comments on having a "too small" chest or being too "boney" or skinny since I also experienced that when I grew up and it still has an effect on me to this day. I never saw myself to be womanly enough which affected a lot of my early relationships. It weird how a small comment from someone who probably forgot about it 10 seconds later can have such a severe impact on yourself for many many years. When you hugged yourself at the end of the video, it made me smile and I gave myself a hug as well. Thank you for this great video or message at the end!

Someone with small chest has a narrow torso, one with big chest a wide torso. Big or small breast is something else.
Breast =/= chest.
I ve actually seen all your videos on youtube they are amazing i dont feel bored even i watched almost 7 OR 10 videos per day you are productive and realistic the main point you show us even things could bother thats kind of power and strengh also you dont let the viewer thinks that you are perfect and that makes us accept ourselves and helps us i just want to mention that we have to accept ourselves as we are and then we could change some details to be healthier because we are not perfect we have to change somewhat in us however keep going michelle we love you so much you are great love you from MOROCCO

12:37 I literally had an emotional breakdown to my bf the other night about how I felt about myself and I didn’t realize how hard I’ve been to myself about my body. There’s honestly no bigger critic than yourself and it’s true. In my teenage years and early 20’s, I was constantly comparing myself and now I’m here just making sure to be better to myself one day at a time.

My dog is crate trained and we put a blanket over his crate to make it feel more like a den-I’d recommend doing this! Also, when we were training our dog, we would treat him when we closed the door so he would associate being in his crate positively.
