Even 10% accuracy in DCF is an over estimation. When taken into consideration the extent by which small inputs and drive the output and the resulting margin of error, it gets uglier
There is nothing wrong with different analysts having subjective bias and holding different opinion. Take medical science- if you have a problem, have 10 different doctors look at it and you'll likely be introduced to multiple different diagnosis. Haha
