I love watching that machine work, I actually see a lot more than most people see. For example, I see the cycles you use, more precisely how it runs in corners, how it attacks the material, I use Marster Cam so I see everything the tool does, and how the paths are connected, inlet and outlet It would be cool to see how you program in the cimatron cam program, .. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year looking forward to more real machine work in 2025
Great video! I came up on a couple questions…Why not rough the outer perimeter in the same setup when facing the first side? That way, you would know the first face and perimeter are perpendicular. Then when you flip and face the 2nd side, you know it will be parallel? Love watching job-shops work! We are the money makers! Great video.
Some days I also get to work on big plasma cut chunks of metal. I gotta say; The quality of cuts that you get are SO much better than the ones I get 😅 I had a part last month (60mm in height) where the sides were supposed to be straight - they were off by 3mm from top to bottom 🥲 Merry christmas to you, guys 🥰
Material,, tool,,,, machine,,,,, feed and speed, and how you program the workpiece are the key to a good result. 3mm from top to bottom is a lot at 60mm. If the inserts wear out along the way, the tool will bend a lot,
@@gertkristensen6451 The 3mm "error" was made during the plasma cutting of the material before I got it. It made the whole part a fair bit harder to machine since nothing was really squared up
Nice work. I´ve got question for you. How was the tolerance field on this part because you milled out those round pockets and have not use the fine boring head to finish them. Thought from my experience I would say that those bore holes don´t have perpendicular faces to the top face - if cut by side they would look like cone bore(in extremely bad cases). But the worst thing doing it by the way you did is that you need to do it several times before you catch the right measure. All in one, very good work! Merry Christmas.

Hi, I'm just curious do you not use coolant on the feed mills for filming or are there other reasons? I bet some of the big roughing molds get very hot after hours of roughing would you gain much in tool life with coolant on the feedmills?
@@CncFrezar well if not a end mill why not a normal shell mill with 90° edge ? instead of 1.3mmap you could co 10mm ap but if time isnt a concern i guess you can do it however you want
Last work of this year. I hope you like it. Merry Christmas to everyone.🎉

Thanks. I made a video here in Cimatron. ruclips.net/video/K05Omow3Sdg/видео.htmlsi=wQ555XcvjN6MTfdD
You will be posting videos more often. You are awesome!
Praise the lord ❣✝️❣God bless you and your work 🎉
This is a scale of Cnc I’ve never seen in this detail, thank you!
Che dire... un'opera d'arte d'acciaio...che spettacolo
Well that all made a lot of sense. Now I know what it’s for and how it is going to be used. Brilliant.
Love your work and always enjoy seeing that steel get eaten up so easily.
👍👍👍Pekná práca 👌
Pokojné sviatky.
Ďakujem. Podobne.
Amazing work like always

Thank you. It would have been possible your way, but we chose a different option.
Art at the highest form!
beautiful piece...
Amazing CNC machine
Great work as always gentleman. Im amazed at how well the flame cutting works on thick pieces like this.
Thanks mate 😄👍

@@innominatum9906 that explains it all.. must have misunderstood it 😀😀 ha ha
We love a good parallelogram 🤣. Just got to make sure there’s enough material on the outside to clean up.
good video CncFrezar
Thanks mate 👍
That’s a beefy spindle, and some very nice tooling to go with it, I run tiny 4020 machines, I am jealous sir.
Good job, thanks for sharing.

Co se týče frézování otvorů kruhovou interpolací, jaké dokážete dosáhnout drsnosti a tolerance otvorů.

Hello. What are the parameters that you use HSS drills on in hardened materials?
Hi, HSS drills can be used up to 42 HRC, in my experience. After that, only carbide.
Hi, I'm just curious do you not use coolant on the feed mills for filming or are there other reasons?
I bet some of the big roughing molds get very hot after hours of roughing would you gain much in tool life with coolant on the feedmills?
I only use air. The part gets hot but not very hot.
I am always impressed with the quality of the finish you get with such long tools. Have a wonderful New Year. Charles
I know next to nothing about CNC machining, but I always think that some of the toolpaths are bizarre.
It depends on the software you are using. There are many settings that affect the path of the tool.
its like a toy playing with itself
why not use a endmill for the sides ? it would be much faster and cheaper
The material thickness was 130mm
You sure about that? 🤔
Id like to see you do that faster with a 5"~ LOC endmill 🤣 Chatter city
@@mattcyr3342 it is hard yes but i have done it on a smaller machine with a hss cutter
