I advise you use foam instead of fibre but if u don't see foam use fibre.

I used More than 4pcs. But if u want to use 4pcs, just remove d round pleates or frame & attach the twist directly on the gele base. Asin, after making the twist, cut 10inches Length (2x) for your handle, then, attach the handle to the edge of the twist.
