I laughed, but then I cried, because I realised that's our reality at the moment. You're not even engaging in hyperbole, this is literally what's happening.

You don't expect a parody to do anything except make you laugh. But my reaction was identical. I was really close to tears, and despondency. There was a very accurate representation of a current ENGLISH journalist, who is so close to the employees of the Nazi Propaganda Service under Goebbels.
I used to lecture at Television Centre, (the concrete doughnut), and Broadcasting House, back in the 1980s, and they always seemed reasonable people, even the top management. I don't do work there any more, but the public image, of the management, doesn't seem to resemble the past of dedicated, honest, responsible HUMANS.
